Research On The Sustainable Development Of Ice And Snow Sports Talents In Yunnan Province

In the past two years,the sustainable development of sports projects has been paid attention to by the society,and the sustainable development of talents is also the most urgent problem facing.In this paper,the cultivation of ice and snow sports competitive talents in Yunnan province is studied in combination with sustainable development,and the sustainable development of ice and snow sports competitive talents in Yunnan Province is taken as the research object by using scientific research methods such as literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper analyzes the basic situation of the opening of ice and snow sports competitive events and the current situation of personnel training in Yunnan Province,further summarizes the influencing factors of the sustainable development of ice and snow sports competitive talents,and explores the path of sustainable development of ice and snow sports competitive talents in Yunnan province.The results are as follows:1.The distribution of gender and events among the teams of ice and snow sports competitive talents in Yunnan Province is not balanced,and the rate of competitive talents is low.2.The competitive talents of ice and snow sports in Yunnan Province almost come from cross-disciplinary and cross-sport selection,with a weak professional skill base.3.The shortage of professional ice and snow sports venues and facilities is a key problem that restricts the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in Yunnan Province.4.There is a serious shortage of high-level professional coaches in Yunnan Province,and the overall scientific research level is relatively weak.5.The "learning and training contradiction" of ice and snow sports competitive talents in Yunnan Province is prominent,with emphasis on professional training,weak culture and separation.6.The retirement guarantee for ice and snow athletes in Yunnan Province is not perfect.7.The propaganda of ice and snow sports tends to be mass sports.
