Research On The Development Status And Strategy Of Women’s Football In Universities In Yunnan Province Based On SWOT-AHP Model

The development of women’s football in colleges and universities is one of the important contents of the reform and promotion of the development of campus football,and an important part of the cultivation of high-level women football players.In recent years,universities in Yunnan Province have begun to expand the quota to recruit women football players,in order to develop women’s football in universities.It is necessary to make a continuous investigation on the current situation of women’s football in universities in Yunnan Province.How to solve the existing problems and how to better promote the development of women’s football in universities is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to better and faster development of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan province,corresponding development strategies are proposed.This paper is based on the SWOT-AHP model of Yunnan university women’s football development status and strategy research as the research object.Through the use of literature,questionnaire,SWOT analysis,AHP,mathematical statistics,etc.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and development strategies of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province are studied and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the investigation of the development status of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan province,it is found that the women’s football coaches in colleges and universities in Yunnan province have high coaching enthusiasm,few opportunities to participate in coach training or football learning,lack of female coaches,and the overall coaching level of coaches needs to be improved.Before admission,the overall football skill level of the athletes was low,and only a minority of the players had sports level.After admission,due to the shortage of college courses and the decline of physical function level,the football skill of the players improved slightly slowly,or even deteriorated.Secondly,the opportunity to participate in football matches is less and the training subsidy is less or no subsidy,which greatly reduces the training enthusiasm of the players;Training funds are small and can only cover daily expenses;Most of the training facilities are dilapidated and lack of professional team doctors and scientific medical equipment resources for basic protection.(2)The advantages of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province are mainly the geographical location,the inclusion of women’s football in the unified examination of sports majors in Yunnan Province,the rich resources of football training bases,and the advantages of football sports.(3)The disadvantages of the development of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province are as follows: the development of women’s football in colleges and universities started late,the lack of funds,the lack of reasonable reward and punishment incentive mechanism,and the lack of high-level competitions.(4)The main opportunities for the development of women’s football in universities in Yunnan Province arestrongly supported by national policy,mainly the strong support of national policies,Yunnan province has set up a soccer reform pilot zone,Yunnan universities to establish football colleges and the increasing attention of women’s football.(5)The main threats to the development of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan province are low participation in women’s football in colleges and universities,contradiction in "learning and training",unsatisfactory enrollment of students and unclear development orientation of college football league.(6)By using SWOT analysis method,the development status of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is analyzed,and then using AHP analytic hierarchy process to carry out strategic analysis of the development of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan province.Finally,the development strategy of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan province is SO pioneering,that is to say,the development strategy of combining internal advantages with external opportunities.According to the above conclusions,it is suggested that universities in Yunnan province should rely on the support of national policies,combine with their own actual situation,implement the policies and make use of the unique geographical advantages and rich football training resources to develop women’s football in universities.Relying on colleges and universities,expand the way of promotion,train more professional football talents,transfer talents to various positions in the football industry,form internal circulation of talents,and promote the sustainable development of women’s football in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province;By taking advantage of the project’s own advantages and social attention,we will expand the publicity of women’s football enrollment,improve the quality of students,and attract more women’s football candidates to apply for universities in Yunnan Province.
