| The concept of OBE is the idea of organizing,implementing,and evaluating education centered on the expected learning outcome In the course teaching process,the training of university talents in the normal professional certification of ordinary universities also clearly points out the output principle of talent training and emphasizes the talent training based on the needs of social development and talent training."Alignment of teaching,learning and assment" is the basic guarantee of the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and the training of talents in colleges and universities is still in classroom teaching in the final analysis.Under the concept of OBE,the consistency of teaching,learning and assment of physical education conforms to the needs of theoretical courses of physical education in universities,and has theoretical and practical value.The current study is conducted based on the grounded theory,case study and classroom observation,discussing(1)whether the OBE concept is conducted in the teaching process;(2)the consistency of "teaching,learning and assment";(3)the factors affecting the teaching,learning and assment;(4)the classroom teaching following the concept of teaching in OBE article structure.The chapter one is the introduction part explaining the basis of the topic selection,literature review,and research methodology.Chapter two introduces the concepts and theoretical basis related to the present study.Chapter three and Chapter four build the analytical framework of "consistency of teaching,learning and assment" under the OBE concept and explain the research design mainly under the support of the theoretical basis.Chapter five is the key point of the current study,investigates the implementation of OBE concept in the theoretical course of physical education in universities,analyzes the utilization of the "consistency of teaching,learning and assment" theory in the of four teachers’ teaching,as well as the exploration of its influencing factors;Chapter six is an empirical study,provides the classroom teaching design case of " consistency of teaching,learning and assment" of university physical education majors under the OBE concept.Chapter seven is the conclusions and prospects.The results of the study showed that:1.M universities,schools and colleges conducted research and demonstration on the training objectives,graduation requirements,course teaching,and cooperative practice,and developed the "closed-loop 76543" teaching quality monitoring model with ‘seven standards,six inspections,five evaluations,four feedback and three improvements’,most teachers are familiar with the OBE concept and follow it in classroom teaching.2.The research follows the OBE concept and combines with a relevant theoretical basis and constructs an analytical framework of consistency of teaching,learning and assment,which is divided into two main dimensions,vertical and horizontal.The consistency of teaching objectives is analyzed vertically,and the consistency of teaching,learning and assment in class is analyzed horizontally.Combined with the observation scale of consistency of teaching,learning and assment,the classroom observation method was used to analyze the classroom teaching of 4 teachers in physical education theory courses(17 courses).3.To summarize the influencing factors of "consistency of teaching,learning and assment" in the theoretical courses of physical education in universities.It is found that the lack of evaluation is the main factor that causes the inconsistency of "teaching,learning and assment",and the other two factors are the inability to the achievement of students’ learning goals and the lack of learning behavior.The observation and interview results show the seven factors that affect the 4 teachers’ conduction of teaching,learning,the implementation of consistency are subject teaching knowledge,teachers’ evaluation quality,teaching time,students,teachers’ personality,classroom environment and school policy.The "teaching,learning,assment consistency" theoretical model of classroom teaching is preliminary built as well.4.The present study also conducted teaching practice cases study utilizing consistency of teaching,learning and assment mode according to the theoretical model and the theory of reverse teaching design.The study has concluded that:1.In M universities in Yunnan Province,the OBE concept has been implemented in the curriculum system of physical education major.2.Construct an analytical framework of "consistency of teaching,learning and assment".Different teachers have different classes of "consistency of teaching,learning and assment",and teachers with a high degree of classroom consistency have a relatively high degree of curriculum goals.3.Seven factors,including subject teaching knowledge,teachers ’assment quality,teaching time,student situation,teachers’ personality,teachers ’classroom environment and school policy,successively affect the implementation of "teaching,learning and assment consistency" in the four teachers’ classroom teaching.4.In the classroom design and implementation of following the OBE concept and reverse teaching principle and referring to the theoretical model of "consistency of teaching,learning and assment",the classroom teaching can achieve a good degree of consistency. |
