The classroom participation of primary school students refers to the participation of students’ emotion,behavior and cognition,which has the main influence of cognitive development.Good behavior game is a practice-based behavior management strategy,which has significant utility in class discipline management and good behavior cultivation.In this study,classroom observations,interviews and questionnaires of middle school teachers and students in K school,found that pupils have weak initiative in classroom participation,poor concentration,and more non-learning behaviors.Thus focus on self-management,learning motivation and learning interest cultivation and other research issues.In the manner of educational action research,educational intervention on the problems existing in students’ classroom participation,developed a good behavior education intervention program that promotes students’ active classroom participation,build a set of classroom management plan and implement process that is convenient for front-line teachers to operate.Has implemented three rounds of continuous optimization of the research subjects,gradually improve the classroom self-management,develop an interest in learning,increase the learning behavior as the main content of the good behavior game training.Through classroom observation,students’ self-evaluation,questionnaire evaluation,evaluation of others to evaluate the intervention effect,specific surrounding behavior,overall participation,emotional participation,cognitive participation four angles to evaluate,indicated good behavior game in cultivating learning interest,improve self management,promote students to actively participate in the classroom,.Furthermore,good behavior games should be taken as one of the classroom management strategies to promote students’ participation in class and reduce problem behaviors.
