The "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for General High Schools(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)" puts forward the requirements for completing the core literacy cultivation of students’ physical education disciplines in the modular teaching mode,so as to achieve the basic teaching goal of allowing students to master 1-3 sports skills.However,due to the lack of systematic planning of the teaching content of each sports skill between school segments,front-line teachers have problems such as inappropriate content selection and unreasonable organization in the process of independently designing and compiling module teaching content,which hinders the exertion of module teaching efficiency and the achievement of teaching goals.Therefore,this study takes basketball widely carried out in high schools as an example,and distinguishes the basketball skills that high school students should master and the basketball skills that need to be learned by sorting out the teaching content of basketball skills,so as to determine the starting and ending points of high school basketball skills teaching and complete the construction of 10 modules of high school basketball teaching content.In this study,the teaching plan of three teaching modules in the first year of high school was prepared,and the teaching content of 18 lesson hours was designed using the first module as an example.This study presents the design and compilation process of basketball skills module teaching content,which can not only be used as a reference for teachers to carry out the design and implementation of basketball module teaching,but also for other sports projects to learn from the module teaching design,so as to promote the effective implementation of high school physical education module teaching and provide assistance for high school students to master the realization of sports skills teaching goals.In this study,the literature method,Delphi method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method were used to determine the framework of high school basketball teaching content and complete the design of specific module teaching content.According to the study:(1)The construction of the teaching content system of high school physical education modules should respect the physical and mental development of students;Highlight the leadership of teaching goals;Reflect the systematic nature of teaching content;Grasp the structural principles of instructional design.(2)The selection of high school module teaching content should be based on the laws of students’ physical and mental development,uphold the design concept of integrated teaching,distinguish between the content already learned in high school and the new content taught in high school,and take into account the internal relationship between the two,so as to ensure that the teaching content between school segments is not repeated and the teaching content between school segments is effectively connected.(3)When designing module teaching content,it is necessary to take into account the distribution of learning content and skill advancement within and between modules,that is,the structure of learning,practice,competition and evaluation should be unified within a single module and between modules;It is necessary to follow the basic principles of skill teaching from shallow to deep,from easy to difficult.Through the circular advancement of teaching content within and between modules,the teaching goal of enabling high school students to master motor skills is finally achieved.(4)the skill teaching content system of high school basketball module constructed in this study;The sample of the module teaching plan and the sample teaching content of the lesson provided specific content reference and action plan for the teaching design and teaching implementation of high school basketball teachers,supplemented the content text of the ball sports series in the new high school curriculum standard,and also provided reference for the construction of teaching content of other sports.
