In recent years,the development of football has been highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and the revitalization of campus football is an important foundation for the development of football.Since the selection of campus football featured schools in 2014,the campus football featured schools have been promoted nationwide,but The problems that arise during the specific development process have also increased significantly.As the first batch of youth campus football pilot areas in China,Beijing has an important guiding role in the study of the status quo of campus football schools.Therefore,this paper takes the status quo of Beijing campus football characteristic school as the research object,and uses literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and field research methods.At the same time,I use the participation in the Beijing Municipal Education Commission project "Beijing campus football activities to carry out the current situation investigation The opportunity to conduct an in-depth and meticulous observation of the development of campus soccer schools in various districts and counties in Beijing,to explore the problems and dilemmas in the process of the development of Beijing campus football special schools,and to analyze and study the corresponding countermeasures.It is recommended to provide some reference for the further development of Beijing campus football.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of relevant policy formulation and implementation,the scientific and rationality of policy development in campus football activities has been improved in recent years,but the specific requirements of some policies need to be further refined and quantified in the formulation process;Strengthening,all departments implement the various tasks of campus football activities step by step,but the leaders of campus football still have certain defects in the aspects of subject cognition,subject and target group interaction.(2)In terms of organization and management,most of the campus soccer characteristic schools in Beijing have reached the reporting requirements of the“National Campus Football Characteristic School Basic Standards”.Among the 290 schools surveyed,33.1%have not yet established a campus football leading group.The establishment of a special campus football management institution is still in an immature stage,but most school leaders are carrying out campus football.With a supportive attitude,the concept has changed significantly and the degree of specialization has improved.(3)In terms of conditional protection,each school is equipped with a football teacher.The source of the teacher is mainly the teacher of the school or an external teacher.The age structure of the teaching staff needs to be further optimized,and the professional and technical capital and education concept need to be further optimized.The football equipment facilities of various schools have basically met the daily needs,and they are characterized by a large number,variety and high utilization rate,but the football field is in short supply.The problem of small per capita use area is still outstanding.In terms of funding,the funds for school football activities mainly come from state funds,special matching funds and school sharing funds.The investment has increased year by year,but there are still insufficient funds.(4)The preparation of school-based textbooks is an important basis for the promotion of campus football teaching.49% characteristic schools in Beijing are equipped with football school-based textbooks,but most schools still use traditional sports textbooks for football teaching,targeted,Systematic and novelty needs to be improved;the teaching content of football mainly focuses on the teaching of traditional football techniques,tactics and rules of football.The content of fashionable and effective teaching such as football games and "small venues" competition needs to be popularized.(5)In terms of training and competition,90% schools set up school-level football teams,but the training time is not enough.The participants in the competition organization are diverse,but there are many kinds of competitions.Occurrence,the construction of the competition system needs to be further improved to achieve scientific and integrated construction.
