| As an important carrier of chemistry, experiment carries the key role of spreading students’ chemical knowledge and enlightening students’ scientific thinking. At present, there are problems in the process of teaching chemistry experiments, such as the single choice of experimental methods and the difficulty for students to understand the experimental contents. With the rapid iteration of science and technology, the use of new technologies to improve the quality of teaching has become an important trend in the development of education nowadays. In order to investigate the effect of the application of microscopic camera technology on the quality improvement of secondary school chemistry curriculum, this study combed through the relevant domestic literature and then designed a questionnaire with the core literacy of chemistry and STSE ideas as the guide, and conducted questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers in a senior secondary school in Baoji. In response to the problems in the survey, this study categorized verification experiments, skill experiments and comprehensive experiments, and designed corresponding experimental teaching cases to assess the feasibility and necessity of introducing microscopic camera technology experiments in secondary school chemistry teaching to update some teaching contents and change teaching methods appropriately. The systematic analysis of quantitative and qualitative results showed that microscopic camera technology has a greater application value in teaching chemistry:(1)the students in the experimental class and the control class in this study were assessed by knowledge in the form of exercises, and it was found that the accuracy rate of answers in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class. Therefore, the organic combination of microscopic camera technology research results and classroom teaching can effectively improve students’ learning performance;(2)according to the feedback from students in the comprehensive experimental activities,it was found that students developed a strong interest in chemical experiments in the process of self-designed experiments using microscopic camera technology, and at the same time were able to solve some practical chemical problems by themselves through experiments. After repeated attempts, students perceived the shocking and rich beauty of scientific phenomena and experienced the charm of integrating science and art, which indicates that students are satisfied with the application of microscopic camera technology in the classroom. In addition, students with high participation in the experiment indicated that their strong interest in the "microscopic camera experiment" would be one of the important bases for them to evaluate their choice of subjects.By combining microscopic camera technology with traditional experiments,it can not only provide materials for chemistry teaching, but also provide demonstrations of the application of the obtained materials in teaching.Based on the principles of development, experimental classification and experimental design of microscopic camera technology experiments summarized in this study, the relevant experience can provide reference for other similar technology in teaching and learning projects. |
