Research On The Improvement Of Ideological And Political Teaching Ability Of College Physical Education Teachers In Kunming Based On The Perspective Of Teaching Decision-making

Curriculum ideological and political education is a new educational concept and an important measure for colleges and universities in China to implement the fundamental task of moral education.College physical education teachers are the forerunners of the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum,which determines whether the ideological and political curriculum can be organically integrated with the physical education curriculum.Therefore,improving the ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers is the key to carrying out the ideological and political education of curriculum.Through the research on improving the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,which enricfies the theoretical research on the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers to a certain extent,and has practical significance for the development of the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in Kunming City.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,classroom observation,mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct an in-depth investigation on the current situation of the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Kunming.Firstly,it analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Kunming.Secondly,based on the perspective of teacher decision-making,it analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Kunming,and finally puts forward the promotion strategy.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)The ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers in Kunming is above the average level.According to the mean value from high to low,the first-level indicators are teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation and reflection ability.The variables of gender,education background and professional title in personal characteristics have no significant impact on the ideological and political teaching ability of physical education teachers in Kunming colleges and universities;the teaching age in personal characteristics has a significant impact on the ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers in Kunming,which is statistically significant.(2)Physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Kunming have problems in three aspects : curriculum ideological and political teaching design ability,curriculum ideological and political teaching implementation ability,curriculum ideological and political teaching evaluation and reflection.Among them,the problems of teaching design ability are as follows : insufficient arrangement of content activities targeted at the goal of ideological and political education;the excavation of ideological and political elements needs to be improved;the teaching method of curriculum ideological and political is not flexible enough;teaching resources need to be integrated.The problems of teaching implementation ability are as follows : the transformation of discourse is not flexible enough;not pay enough attention to the creation of classroom atmosphere.The problems of teaching evaluation and reflection ability are as follows : teaching feedback is not comprehensive enough;the standard of ideological and political education in the evaluation system is not clear enough;the reflection of ideological and political teaching needs to be improved.(3)The reasons for the ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers in Kunming are in three aspects : teaching objectives and teaching belief teaching resources.Among them,the teaching objectives need to be adjusted and materialized.In terms of teaching beliefs,teachers ’ understanding of curriculum ideological and political education is not deep enough;the implementation of curriculum ideological and political awareness needs to be deepened.In terms of teaching resources,the preparation resources of curriculum ideology and politics are not systematic enough;curriculum ideological and political expression skills are not flexible enough;the method of teaching evaluation feedback and reflection is not comprehensive enough;the surrounding environment support is insufficient.This paper puts forward the following countermeasures to improve the ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers in Kunming :(1)Sublimate the teaching objectives,improve the teaching objectives of physical education teachers,formulate feasible teaching objectives,improve the syllabus,and plan ideological and political objectives.(2)Directional change,carry out centralized training,so that teachers can correctly understand the ideological and political education of the curriculum;pay attention to education and training and humanistic care,and improve teachers ’ awareness of " curriculum ideological and political education."(3)Expand resources,teachers consciously expand knowledge reserves,continuously improve curriculum ideological and political expression skills,and actively improve teaching evaluation feedback and reflection methods;the school provides support for the surrounding environment.
