Ball throwing(bocce)is a very long history,but also a very young sport.Has a long history because in more than 5000 years ago in ancient Egypt found the traces of the ball,at the continuous development of sports,1984 to throw ball project formally to our country,the ball project because it is not restricted by the field,rules,relatively other simple,regardless of age,since the country is the love of many people,after nearly 40 years of continuous development in our country,the ball of the number and group is more and more large,more and more widely,the people’s love.The rapid development of science and technology,The training methods,means and theories of sports are increasingly perfect and mature,The ball toss also enjoys the fruits of technology,Ground throwing project in China has formed a relatively complete competition system,The athletes’ competitive level and competitive performance are constantly improving,The ground throw game is becoming increasingly exciting,But the disadvantage is that ground throwing often participates in a small population,Everyone is still in the novelty phase,Leading to a lack of reserve strength for ball throwers,This has had a very serious impact on the development system of our ground-throwing players,It has also caused a huge obstacle to the promotion of the ground throwing project in China.Henan university of technology has the national ball training base and youth training base,and has quite professional national ball coaches,referees,for the ball athletes training and training provides a good training environment and logistics,through continuous efforts,has for the ball team sent a lot of excellent athletes,and in the domestic and even international competition won the excellent performance,in college students to throw athletes training has quite obvious advantage.Henan Polytechnic University is the only university in Henan Province that has a special project for ground throwing.With professional teaching team and training team,it is the main carrier and practical direction for ground throwing players to make continuous progress under the new teaching mode.With the ground throwing into the mass event of the 14th National Games,the ground throwing project into the public view,the ground throwing project will be paid more and more attention,and the training of athletes will also be paid attention to,there will be many problems in the ground throwing competition,among which the psychological problems of the athletes in the competition are particularly important.This paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the competition pressure of ground throwing players in Henan Polytechnic University,and constantly summarizes the successful experience of development,which provides the direction and practical basis for the healthy psychology and training of ground throwing players in China.The results show that: 1.The overall competition pressure level of ground throwing players of Henan Polytechnic University is relatively high.Among the seven dimensions of competition pressure source of ground throwing players of Henan Polytechnic University,the dimension from self-expectation has the highest score and the greatest pressure.2.The competition pressure of ground throwing players in Henan Polytechnic University has the characteristics of source diversity,reaction difference and intrinsic performance.3.There was no significant difference in the pressure of competition between male and female ground throwers from Henan Polytechnic University.4.There are significant differences in the competition pressure of the ground throwers of Henan Polytechnic University with different training time.5.There are significant differences in the competition pressure of Henan Polytechnic University in different sports.6.The regulation strategies of ground throwing players in Henan Polytechnic University mainly include: the regulation strategies of attribution mode,the regulation strategies of competition task setting target,the regulation strategies of psychological skill training,the regulation strategies of external stimulation,physiological arousal and the regulation strategies of psychological factors.
