The expression of principals’ educational thoughts is closely related to the evaluation of principals’ training.Principals’ educational thoughts provide the connotation basis for the implementation of the evaluation of principals’ training,and the evaluation of principals’ training promotes the expression of principals’ educational thoughts.This research is based on the policy background that educational thoughts are the core elements of educationist principals.And the role of training evaluation in monitoring,improving and developing the expression of principals’ educational thoughts.The purpose of this study is to reveal the pattern of training evaluation that training promotes the expression of principals’ educational thoughts.Based on the revelation of Hall’s three-dimensional structure model,the evaluation and monitoring mechanism of promoting the expression of principals’ educational thoughts is proposed from the four dimensions of evaluation objective,evaluation content,evaluation process and evaluation results.The first chapter is mainly to promote the expression of the principal’s educational thoughts of training evaluation research to make appropriate exposition,put forward the research problems.First of all,through combing the evaluation literature of training principals at home and abroad,we seek the theoretical basis which can provide support for this study.Secondly,by combing the existing literature of principals’ educational thoughts,the connotation,formation process and law of educational thoughts are summarized,and the foothold of the research is found.The second chapter is mainly the theoretical basis and analysis framework of this research.On the one hand,it defines the theory of training transfer and complex adaptive system which are needed for the expression of principals’ educational thoughts.On the other hand,it probes into Hall’s three-dimensional structure and the theory of training evaluation which refers to the expression of educational thoughts.The third chapter mainly constructs the training evaluation scheme of this research with the help of Hall’s three-dimensional structure theory.Under the logic of "time dimension,knowledge dimension and logic dimension",the paper discusses the training evaluation plan to promote the expression of principals’ educational thoughts.The time dimension is the process evaluation,which is composed of training evaluation objectives,training evaluation contents and training evaluation results.The knowledge dimension is the content of the principal’s training evaluation,which promotes the expression of the principal’s educational thoughts.The logical dimension is the implementation process of the evaluation of the principal’s training,which not only corresponds to the process of the expression of the principal’s educational thoughts,but also reflects the performance of the improvement,development and monitoring functions of the evaluation of the principal’s training.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 analyze the evaluation plan of the project of "Training Plan for Ten thousand Principals in Yunnan Province" according to the logic of the third chapter.Through the comparison between the should and the reality,the main conclusions of the research are drawn,the shortcomings of the research are pointed out,and the future direction of the research field of the training evaluation project of Chinese principals is proposed.
