Analysis And Research On The Characteristics Of Offensive And Defensive Tactics Application Of The Top Three Women’s Handball Teams In The 14th National Games

Handball,as a competitive sport with strong antagonism,speed,and continuity,has gradually gained popularity among the public in recent years.With the development of handball for many years,the main trend in the development of modern handball techniques and tactics is to focus on fast attack.During the game,the offensive and defensive conversion speed between the offensive side and the defensive side is becoming faster and faster,while the physical confrontation between the two sides in the game is also becoming increasingly fierce.In recent years,although the new handball rules have to a certain extent ensured the continuity of viewing handball matches,making modern handball a highly ornamental and adversarial collective ball game.Throughout the world,such as North America,South America,Europe,Africa,and Asia,especially Japan and South Korea,handball is deeply loved by the masses.In particular,women’s handball games in recent years have been characterized by speed.Each team has become more flexible and flexible in their fast playing methods,which has led to a more targeted use of techniques and tactics.In addition,the world’s top teams mainly adopt fast attack tactics.In handball games,the world’s top teams often use offensive players to intersperse quick runs to open the opposing defense line,and the offensive coordination and passing speed between offensive players has significantly accelerated,During the game,the team’s attack time is shortened by interspersed and rapid attacks,which also accelerates and promotes the conversion of the defense team’s attack and defense rhythm.Therefore,this study is mainly aimed at analyzing the characteristics of the use of offensive and defensive techniques and tactics of the top three women handball teams in the final stage of the 14 th National Games,using the data obtained by PHMS software for statistical analysis,and combining literature,field research,video analysis,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics to conduct research,in order to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the top three women handball teams in the offensive and defensive techniques and tactics in the final stage of the 14 th National Games,Analyze the correlation between offensive and defensive techniques and tactics,and gain and loss points,thereby providing theoretical support for the development of women’s handball in various provinces,especially for the Anhui women’s handball team at a low ebb.The following conclusions are reached through research:(1)In this competition,the champion team Jiangsu team’s overall attack style is diverse.Jiangsu team mainly focuses on fast attack attack and has a high success rate.There are more long-range shooters shooting from the 9-meter perimeter within the team;In terms of attack,Shandong team mainly focuses on 9-meter long-range shooting,6-meter close shooting,fast attack,and breakthrough,but their fast attack scores are lower than those of Jiangsu team.Shandong team shows strong strength in set pieces and breakthrough attacks;The Shanghai team mainly uses 6-meter close shots,9-meter long-range shots,edge shots,and breakthrough attacks,with edge shots occupying a certain proportion and a low shooting error rate.(2)In terms of defense,the champion team Jiangsu team demonstrated strong defensive strength on the defensive end,especially using blocking to hinder opponents and maintaining the highest success rate among the top three teams.This indicates that the overall team cooperation blocking success rate of Jiangsu team is high,and the overall defense line is stable.From the analysis of the successful defensive techniques and tactics of Jiangsu team,it further demonstrates that excellent defensive techniques and tactics are the key to winning the game.It is gratifying that the top three female handball team goalkeepers performed exceptionally well in this National Games.(3)From the increasingly mature fast attack techniques and tactics of the Jiangsu team at this National Games,it can be seen that all the offensive and defensive members of the team have played an important role in the fast attack tactics.This is also the key for the Jiangsu team to once again win the championship.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on fast attack techniques and tactics.
