A Study On The Current Situation Of Community Sports Health Communication

In recent years,overweight,obesity,high incidence of chronic diseases,and sports health problems of key groups such as adolescents and the elderly have been emerging.The national health policy pays more attention to the health education and promotion functions of sports,emphasizes the grassroots integrated development of national fitness,and pays attention to the supply of community sports.As the basic unit of residents’ life and urban construction,community is a priority action area to improve sports health and promote sports health communication,and it is also an important path to transform from "treatment-centered" to "health-centered".The 2021 Healthy Shanghai Action proposes to develop the "Sports +" model to promote national fitness actions in the form of community sports service distribution.The Shanghai Yangpu District Party Committee and the Party Committee of Shanghai University of Sport jointly launched the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project".The project focuses on "active health" and explores the establishment of a new model of sports to promote health,which is a case of sports health communication with contemporary and regional characteristics.This study takes the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project" as the research object,draws on Mc Leroy’s social-ecology model theoretical framework,and combines the content of community health education and health promotion.The literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods were used to analyze the influencing factors and their relationships in the community sports and health communication process from the policy,school,community level and individual level.Observe and evaluate the progress and dissemination effect of the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project" from the perspective of bystanders,and maintain neutrality,objectivity and truthfulness.It is found that,firstly,First,the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project" has formed a multi-level,multi-dimensional and comprehensive sports and health ecological communication system,which has improved the "active health literacy of sports" of participating residents.Secondly,community sports health communication interacts with different levels and factors of the socio-ecological system and communicates synergistically.However,the lack of management and evaluation of communication effects at the community level fails to form a complete closed loop of communication,which to a certain extent affects the achievement of individual sports active health behaviors.In addition,although the audience of community sports and health communication also involves other audience groups,it is mainly elderly chronic disease groups,and the communication content is mainly health intervention,emphasizing "cure",and health education lacks sustainability.Finally,the process of community sports health communication is mainly interpersonal communication,and it integrates and interacts with other forms of communication.Based on the experience and problems of the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project",four suggestions were made:1.Emphasize the leading role of the government in community sports and health communication,and provide policy mechanism guarantees and funding guarantees in the process of community sports and health communication;Integrate the integration of "body-medical-media" resources to promote residents’ self-disciplined health behaviors and improve health standards;2.Strengthen the effective development and full utilization of social resources,build a multi-level,multi-dimensional,multi-factor collaborative community sports and health communication system,and strengthen supervision and governance in the process of community sports and health communication;3.Pay attention to the cultivation of compound talents and the construction of talent echelons,and ensure the quality of sports health communication from the source;4.Enhance participation in sports and health communication at the community level,optimize the close communication environment of residents,and promote the formation of a closed loop of communication.This study takes the "Community(Sports)Health Professionals project" in Yangpu District of Shanghai as the starting point,and carries out systematic research with Mc Leroy’s social-ecology model as the theoretical support.Provide reference suggestions for community sports and health communication practices,and provide assistance for promoting community sports and health communication.
