A course should understand "what is oneself" in order to be established scientifically and reasonably.As the logical starting point of the legitimacy of Ideological and Political Theory Course,the essence of Ideological and Political Theory Course is the theoretical reflection and questioning of its existence,change and development.In order to further enrich the study of ideological and political course essence,this paper will discuss the theme from the following five aspects.The first is the introduction.This part briefly introduces the background and significance of choosing to study the essence of Ideological and political theory course,summarizes and combs the views of domestic and foreign scholars on the essence of Ideological and political education and the essence of Ideological and political theory course,and analyzes the rationality and shortcomings of the existing views;After that,the paper describes the main research methods,overall research ideas,innovations and shortcomings of this study.The second is the overall understanding.With the help of the views of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this paper combs the development and reform of essential thinking mode,clarifies the relevant provisions of essence and related concepts,thus puts forward that the essence of Ideological and Political Theory Course is to cultivate socialist builders and successors.In addition,this study clarifies the constituent elements of the essence of Ideological and political theory course,which are subject elements(“people”,including the state and the educatees),intermediary elements(thought and practice)and environmental elements(nature,society and individual),and explains the structural relationship between these elements.The third is the operation law.The basic law of its essence generally follows the principle of adaptation and transcendence,which is detailed in two aspects:adaptation and transcendence based on society and individual.The laws are reflected in three aspects: The service law adapted to the interests and requirements of the "state" and "educatees";The interaction law of subject elements in their own internal communication with the help of intermediary elements;The coordination law of mutual influence and adjustment of environmental factors and main factors;With the help of mediator elements,the "input" and "output","Internalization" and "externalization" of subject elements show the transformation law.The fourth is the value purpose.The purpose of value orientation is the fundamental difference between the ideological and political theory course and other courses.It is not only the reflection of the fundamental interests of the class,but also the embodiment of the development requirements of the educatees.The effectiveness of value realization is reflected in that the ideological and political theory course takes the educatees as the practice object,realizes value in practice,and develops with people’s practice.The guidance of ideological behavior is an important embodiment of the transcendence of ideological and political course based on reality and facing the future.The fifth is the practical conception.The first is to construct a complete "curriculum",on the basis of clarifying the three realms of curriculum system construction,put forward the requirements of teaching position,teachers and teaching resources.Secondly,the paper clarifies the role and function of the "four subjects"--the party and the state,organizations at all levels,ideological and political teachers and educational objects--in the course of ideological and political theory teaching,and expounds the two-way relationship between the "four subjects" through the "relationship chain"--the subject chain,the information chain.Finally,the realization of "four dimensions" : convincing and mastering the educatee with "thorough theory";To mobilize people’s pursuit of higher value with rich and complex needs;Good use of language to stimulate emotion,promote thinking;Use appropriate emotion to boost teaching and increase the "flexibility" of curriculum.
