With the rapid development of Internet technology accelerating the transformation of production environments and industries,enterprises have put forward new requirements for the skills and qualities of talented personnel,which has prompted secondary vocational schools to continuously optimize their talent training system,deepen innovative teaching mode reforms,and promote professional curriculum development in order to cultivate the talent needed for social and economic development.Therefore,based on the requirements of the "Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023)"(Jiao Zhi Cheng [2020] No.7),which states that "the national,provincial,and school-level vocational education standard systems are gradually improving,with evaluation systems that have more vocational education characteristics,and comprehensive reforms of teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods.Strengthening the combination of work and study,integrating knowledge and practice,and improving the mechanism of cultivating both morality and skills,promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,effectively supporting local economic and social development and major national strategies," this study proposes the development of a school-based course in "Computer Network Technology" suitable for secondary vocational schools,in order to promote the quality of secondary vocational curriculum teaching,and to achieve the goal of cultivating both morality and skills.Guided by advanced educational concepts and the goal of cultivating technically skilled personnel with both moral and intellectual virtues,this paper uses the "Computer Network Technology" course as a carrier to systematically expound the research and practice of developing a school-based course in "Computer Network Technology" for secondary vocational schools.This thesis consists of four main parts:The first part explains the reasons,ideas,and related concepts,theoretical foundations,and processes related to the development of school-based courses.The second part,based on surveys of the quality and skill requirements of network technology personnel in enterprises,the teaching status of "Computer Network Technology" courses in secondary vocational schools,students’ learning needs,and the requirements for the connection between secondary and higher vocational courses,identifies existing problems that need to be addressed in the development of the school-based course.The third part focuses on the concept of cultivating both morality and skills,and determines the course objectives,content,implementation plan,and evaluation plan for the "Computer Network Technology" course.The fourth part is the validation of the effectiveness of the development of the "Computer Network Technology" course.A one-semester course teaching practice was conducted in a computer major class of the target school,and the teaching evaluation and feedback of the school-based course in "Computer Network Technology" were collected.Through comparative analysis,the effectiveness of the course development was demonstrated.Practice has shown that this research can promote students’ mastery of professional skills,enhance their cultivation of professional ethics and craftsmanship,and achieve the goal of cultivating both morality and skills. |
