China has a vast territory and abundant resources,with many excellent traditional cultures.As an important component of traditional culture,folk art represents local characteristics and embodies the national spirit.With the development of China’s economy and the continuous enhancement of its comprehensive national strength,the country has attached increasing importance to cultural soft power.Transforming traditional culture into excellent curriculum resources with educational value and promoting the inheritance of traditional culture have become a hot research topic for educators in various regions.Xunxian Nigugu has a long history and is a national intangible cultural heritage with rich cultural connotations and artistic value.Based on this,the author combines the Xunxian colored clay sculpture "Nigugu" with the high school art curriculum according to the high school art curriculum standards,deeply explores the teaching resources of Nigugu,and combines the physical and mental development characteristics of students to carry out unit course teaching.Through course learning,on the one hand,students’ core art literacy is improved,and on the other hand,students’ interest in learning traditional culture is stimulated,promoting the inheritance and development of traditional culture.This article is divided into five parts to elaborate: The first part is an introduction,mainly focusing on the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the current research status at home and abroad;The second part analyzes the artistic and cultural value of Nigugu based on on-site investigations and literature collection,and selects available resources;The third part conducts an in-depth analysis of the feasibility and significance of integrating Xunxian Nigugu into high school art courses;The fourth part is to explore the theoretical basis and teaching strategies of Nigugu’s practical research in high school art courses;The fifth part is the focus of this course,which designs and implements unit teaching based on the previous research;The sixth part reflects and looks forward to the practice of this course.
