For a long time,the education phenomenology field of different works and ideas are highly analysis and research value,different from natural science trying to find quantitative accurate and generally applicable definition of the tendency,education phenomenology "back to things itself","to the life world,education world" the concept of return,makes us gradually change the attitude and close to the problem.The attention on the educational life world and educational practice prompted me to study the relationship between teaching experience and teaching tact.Teaching experience is a kind of activity,as an activity,refers to the teachers experience the teaching process and obtain the corresponding emotion and understanding,teaching experience is characterized by experience,subjectivity and silence;teaching tact is the instantaneous and creative behavior to promote the development of students in the specific teaching situation.Pure theoretical analysis of the relationship between teaching experience and teaching tact requires the bridge of educational wisdom,A relatively complete understanding of educational wisdom is that educational wisdom is not external,rational knowledge that can be mastered through learning,Teachers need to internalize the teaching experience in mind and externalize it in action,Become the unique experience and wisdom of individual teachers,And the wisdom of education has a kind of intentionality pointing to the educated,All the explicit behaviors of educational wisdom serve the comprehensive development of students;In the process of teaching experience mediated by educational wisdom,The relationship between the three is: teaching experience is the provider of rich resources of educational wisdom,Educational wisdom is generated in the process of teachers’ teaching experience,And teaching tact is an external form of educational wisdom,Through the guidance of educational wisdom can naturally appear in the teaching practice.When this paper verifies the relationship between teaching experience and teaching tact from the practical level,First of all,it defines two process mechanisms for the relationship between teaching experience and teaching wit: from teaching experience to educational wisdom is a generation mechanism from concrete to abstract,and from educational wisdom to teaching wit is a transformation mechanism from abstract to concrete;Secondly,the three practical difficulties formed by the relationship between teaching experience and teaching wit are investigated: first,teachers’ teaching life is abnormal,second,Students’ self-development deformity,third,Classroom practice activity is distorted;Again,the factors influencing teaching experience,teaching experience and teaching wit from the four aspects of individual teaching,teaching environment,school level and social level;Finally,the corresponding strategy is proposed to ensure the smooth realization of the teaching experience and teaching tact,Specifically,it includes four aspects: improving the quality and ability of teacher education wisdom,constructing the teaching environment for the generation of teacher education wisdom,optimizing the campus environment for the generation and transformation of teacher education wisdom,and creating the social environment for the generation and transformation of teacher education wisdom.
