In In recent years,the school has carried out innovative reform aiming at the teaching concept,teaching content,teaching goal,teaching method and so on.Secondly,the research content is much as the development status of PE teaching,the trend of PE teaching reform,the exploration of sports teaching mode,etc.The research way of physical education is mostly from top to bottom,while the students are neglected in the teaching of physical education.In this paper,a qualitative research method is used to observe the public physical education course(table tennis course)in a certain university for 16 weeks and 32 hours,and an interview and observation outline is set up for the main body of this study.Based on the theory of physical phenomena,the researcher describes the studentsundefined "objective experience","physical and mental experience","interactive experience" and "the experience of learning physical education curriculum" in physical education teaching.The firsthand data collected is collated and analyzed,and the research finds that:(1)The student’s ideological level: There is an unequal relationship between knowledge and the body.In sports teaching,the neglect of the humanistic spirit and the neglect of student experience still exist.Skills and light experience limit students’ imagination and creativity.(2)The student’s objective physical level: Students’ experience of time and space is manifested in the experience of an objective table tennis field,namely the experience and physical space of the table tennis hall.The size of the venue,the layout of the venue,and the lighting of the stadium will have an impact on student experience.(3)The student’s subjective psychological level: It is relatively easy for students to experience physical and mental experiences.The sense of relaxation is related to the student’s own sports foundation.The intensity of table tennis training is smaller than other items,and it is also a factor that students consider during the course of course selection.(4)The student’s emotional communication level: Students’ learning in the classroom is also an interactive process.Students in the study are found to be more inclined to partner with like-minded,athletic-skilled,like-minded peers.Gender also affects the choice of partner.In general,the opposite sex will not be selected as a partner.In addition,except for one’s own partner,the emotional communication with other classmates is less,even unfamiliar,with no impression.The experience of communication with teachers is relatively positive.The teaching methods of young teachers are more in line with the expectation of the students in the classroom.(5)The student’s course study level: students’ experience in learning methods,students’ eagerness for classroom innovation,and the bias between learning and doing are what students are confused about.At the same time,after a period of study,the students’ motivation for learning fades and there is no motivation to continue learning.Finally,because of the examination mechanism,students often choose to avoid light and ignore their own interests.
