Study On The Selection Index System And Evaluation Criteria Of CUBAL Athletes

Most colleges and universities in CUBAL athletes competitive ability in the process of selection is basically the coaches subjective judgment and comprehensive test,for CUBAL athletes competitive ability selection is not a perfect index system and evaluation criteria,which leads to the whole CUBAL athletes competitive ability material is too subjective,lack of objectivity,which lead to the decline of competitive ability material quality.based on this,This study targeted the construction of the evaluation index system of CUBAL athletes,Drawing on the theoretical knowledge of sports training,competitive competition and other related disciplines,Through multiple rounds of expert interviews and expert questionnaires,Combined with statistical methods to construct a set of evaluation index system of competitive ability selection of CUBAL athletes,And on the basis of determining the weight of the indicators to ensure the scientific nature and operability of the whole evaluation system,It aims to provide a scientific and systematic index system for the evaluation of the competitive ability selection of CUBAL athletes,In a more accurate and objective review of the current CUBAL athletes,On the basis of targeted improvement and optimization to improve its competition level.This study mainly through the delphi method,namely two rounds of the evaluation system of expert questionnaire,after the hierarchical analysis method to analyze the importance of various indicators of different levels,form the corresponding judgment matrix,scientific evaluation of the weight of the competitive ability of CUBAL athletes selection index system.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of the CUBAL athletes is shown below:(1)Physical form,physical function,physical quality,technical ability,tactical ability,psychological ability and sports intelligence constitute the selection system of competitive ability of CUBAL athletes,which is the main index to evaluate the selection of competitive ability of CUBAL athletes.(2)In the selection of competitive ability of CUBAL athletes,the importance of competitive strength is greater than the play ability,and the technical ability,psychological ability and sports intelligence have a more significant impact on the selection of competitive ability of CUBAL athletes.(3)The evaluation index system of competitive ability of CUBAL athletes constructed by this institute can objectively and accurately evaluate the competitive ability of CUBAL athletes with strong operability.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Coaches should conduct targeted training and optimization according to the specific characteristics of different athletes in their daily training.(2)In the process of selecting the CUBAL athletes’ competitive ability,it is necessary to closely combine the special technical and tactical ability and physical quality of the athletes,and some psychological and cognitive evaluation factors should be interspersed with them.(3)The indicators in the evaluation system should be adjusted in time according to the constantly changing characteristics of the CUBAL athletes.(4)A more convenient network evaluation system should be further constructed based on the institute,and the subject of the evaluation system should be further expanded and enriched.
