| Objective: Data on Beijing residents were screened from the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS).By analyzing the correlation between dietary nutrient intake, physical activity intensity and other variables and blood pressure, the impact on the health effects of hypertension was discussed.Based on this,it provides a theoretical basis for residents to prevent hypertension. Methods: The relevant information of Beijing residents in CHNS database was extracted and calculated.Including age, height, weight,BMI index,MET value, gender, place of residence, smoking, tea, coffee, drinking and 3-day 24-hour dietary data.Residents’ intake of fat, protein, carbohydrates, energy, and total vitamin A is converted according to the nutrients contained in every 100 g of food in the Chinese Food Composition Table.Nutrient sources are divided into meat,plant-based,artificially processed, and total food sources.Types of physical activity intensity were classified by the MET value quartile. All data were screened and cleansed, and finally 2295 samples were included, including 1085 men and 1210 women.Through descriptive statistics, the sample was divided into hypertension group and non-hypertension group, the mean and standard deviation of the data were calculated for continuous variables, and the percentage of various variables in each group was calculated for categorical variables.Correlation analysis to understand the correlation between hypertension and numerical variables.UMAP clustering method was used to perform supervised clustering of standardized data.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen for risk factors and protective factors for hypertension. For hypertensive population,a simple linear regression model was constructed to preliminarily explore the correlation between dietary nutrients and hypertension, and the correlation between dietary nutrients and hypertension under the influence effect of physical activity. On the basis of simple linear regression model,Covariates were included to construct a generalized linear regression model to analyze the influence of each variable on hypertension. The best random term was selected to include in the generalized linear regression model,a generalized linear mixed model was constructed, and the effect of each variable on hypertension under the influence of random term was analyzed. After resampling and modeling analysis of the data, the significant variables affecting hypertension were classified and summarized, and all the variables in this paper were divided into four categories: nutrients, physical activity, personal habits and personal characteristics, and the results were visualized and expressed by standardized regression coefficient-variation decomposition.Conclusions:(1)Dietary nutrients have important effects on hypertension, among which fat and protein have the greatest effects on systolic and diastolic blood pressure,respectively;(2)Dietary nutrient sources also have an important impact on hypertension, and nutrients from meat food have a greater impact on systolic and diastolic blood pressure,in addition, artificially processed foods also have a greater impact on diastolic blood pressure;(3)Low-intensity and ultra-high-intensity physical activity have a greater impact on hypertension, and physical activity can improve the effect of nutrients on hypertension,in addition, age and place of residence are also important factors affecting hypertension;(4)The summary analysis of variables showed that the effect on systolic blood pressure was ordered: nutrients > personal habits > personal characteristics >physical activity, and the size of the effect on diastolic blood pressure was sorted as:nutrients > physical activity > personal habits > personal characteristics, and the four types of variables had significant effects on systolic and diastolic blood pressure. |
