Kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction is an important factor that affects children’s growth and education development.Due to the gap between urban and rural areas in education resources,financial investment,infrastructure and other aspects,the job satisfaction of urban and rural kindergarten teachers are different,hindering the balanced development of urban and rural early childhood education.Based on this,comparing the differences between urban and rural kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction and exploring the factors affecting the differences between urban and rural kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction will help to narrow the differences between urban and rural kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction and promote the balanced development of urban and rural preschool education.In this study,stratified sampling was adopted to select urban and rural kindergarten teachers from Z,X and K regions as the research objects,and questionnaires on job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers were issued,and interviews were conducted among some kindergarten teachers.In combination with the data,understand the overall situation of kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction,comparison of urban and rural preschool teachers’ job satisfaction in each of the variables on the differences and discuss the factors influencing differences between urban and rural preschool teachers’ job satisfaction,and according to the above research conclusion,to improve the rural preschool teachers’ job satisfaction,and puts forward Suggestions on education.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Overall job satisfaction of urban and rural kindergarten teachers is at a relatively high level.2.In terms of satisfaction with "work itself","working environment","promotion" and "work treatment",the average score of urban kindergarten teachers is higher than that of rural kindergarten teachers,and there is a significant difference between urban and rural areas.3.The job satisfaction of urban and rural kindergarten teachers and its various dimensions are different in different demographic variables such as age,marriage,educational background,professional title,establishment,teaching age and so on.According to the above conclusions,the reasons for the differences in job satisfaction of urban and rural kindergarten teachers in different variables are discussed,which mainly include three aspects:kindergarten teachers,kindergarten and society.There are differences between urban and rural kindergartens in environmental construction,their own development opportunities,and the management style of kindergarten directors.There are differences in material security mechanism,educational support atmosphere and social status of kindergarten teachers between urban and rural areas.Based on this,this study to improve the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers,put forward educational suggestions.1.Kindergarten teachers should improve their role awareness,correct their professional attitude and firm their ideals and beliefs;2.Kindergartens should strengthen environmental construction,improve training mechanism and optimize management mode;3.The society should improve the relevant security system,create an atmosphere of educational support,and improve the status of kindergarten teachers. |
