The goal of vocational education is to cultivate more high-quality technically skilled talents for China’s strategic goals of building a skilled society and a manufacturing power,and China has established that vocational education is of equal importance to general education.By developing undergraduate vocational education,the state has broken the "ceiling" of vocational education and started to explore the integrated talent training model of middle and high school.However,the cultivation of vocational education talents is an extremely complex process,which also involves the formulation of talent standards and specifications,talent evaluation and other aspects,among which the understanding of vocational competence will affect all aspects of talent cultivation.In recent years,the ideas of Felix Rauner,a German vocational education expert,on vocational competence have received increasing attention in the field of vocational education.His original insights into vocational competence have not only influenced academic research related to vocational education at the theoretical level,but also contributed to the development of vocational education in Germany and even in the world at the practical level.This study attempts to systematically analyse Rauner’s view of vocational competence,which is divided into the following two parts:In the first part,a systematic analysis of Rauner’s view of vocational competence is presented.First,the logic of the generation of Rauner’s view of vocational competence is explored from three perspectives: theoretical,historical and practical.At the theoretical level,Rauner focuses on advanced vocational education concepts,absorbs and borrows the spiritual cores of New Vocationalism,Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory and the idea of work process-oriented vocational education,continuously draws on relevant academic achievements in the field of vocational education,and combines them with the actual development of dual vocational education in Germany to cultivate a distinctive view of vocational competence;at the historical level,Rauner’s view of vocational competence is At the historical level,Rauner’s view of vocational competence grew up along with the development of German dual education practice,and is a practical view of vocational competence in line with the development of the times and changes in productivity;at the practical level,Rauner focuses on the guiding role of vocational competence theory for practice,and pays attention not only to changes in social practice,but also to the development of students themselves.We then explore in detail Rauner’s view of vocational competence from three aspects:the connotation of vocational competence,the assessment of vocational competence and the development of vocational competence.In terms of the connotation of vocational competencies,Rauner’s connotation of vocational competencies has its distinctive cognitive,developmental,design and process characteristics.In terms of vocational competency assessment,Rauner has proposed the KOMET vocational competency model,which is also an important tool for Rauner’s vocational competency assessment.Rauner’s three-dimensional vocational competency model is analyzed in three dimensions: the requirement dimension,the content dimension and the action dimension;based on the KOMET vocational competency model,Rauner has developed a complete KOMET vocational competency measurement programme,from the development of test questions,the collection of The KOMET vocational competency measurement programme is briefly introduced in five steps: the development of test items,the design of the background questionnaire,the design of the rating scale,the selection of test samples and the timing of the test,and the evaluation of the test results.The KOMET Learning Tasks and the Learning Area Curriculum,which are based on the KOMET measurement programme,are introduced.The core elements of the learning area curriculum are,firstly,the analysis of typical occupational tasks,secondly,the determination of learning content difficulty units,and thirdly,the development of the learning area curriculum.In the second part,the contemporary value of Rauner’s concept of vocational competence for the development of vocational education in China is analyzed from three perspectives: talent concept,talent evaluation and talent cultivation.In terms of talent concept,from the connotation of vocational competence,the modern concept of vocational talent should be shaped,the vocational competence,of vocational education students should be viewed from a more comprehensive perspective,the specification of talent training should be further defined from the vocational competence,and the portrait of excellent vocational talents should be drawn.In terms of talent cultivation,we will promote the cultivation of vocational education talents from the perspective of vocational competency cultivation,vigorously cultivate field engineers and cultivate talents based on digital factories. |
