Research On The Transformation Predicament And Employment Path Of Retired Competitive Wushu Athletes In Shanxi Province

Athletes are the main body of competitive sports,for the development of sports in China,has many times in the major events for national glory,but competitive athletes sports career is often short,sports ability will decline with the growth of age,therefore,for every professional athletes,retirement is a must face the real problems,Including competitive martial arts routine athletes.However,with the increasingly severe employment situation today,the employment positions of professional sports teams are weakening,and the employment problem of competitive athletes after retirement is becoming more and more prominent,which has become the focus of people’s attention.If the employment problem of athletes and the future career development cannot be guaranteed,the reserve talents of this sport will be affected to actively participate in the ranks of professional athletes.With the introduction of a series of relevant policies,the attention of relevant departments is gradually increasing.However,for the competitive retired athletes,they are still facing many transformation problems and employment problems.Shanxi Province and retired athletes from other provinces are also faced with difficulties in transformation and bottlenecks in employment path.Based on this,This study will study the employment and transformation of retired athletes in Shanxi Province,around the competitive retired athletes difficulties in the process of transformation and difficulties encountered in the process of employment,and then explore the difficulties in employment,to competitive retired athletes employment path to provide a better reference basis.This paper analyzes the difficulties and employment path of retired competitive martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province through literature data,interview,questionnaire survey,action research,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The retirement time of athletes is relatively concentrated before and after large competitions;there is basically no difference in the gender of retired athletes;the age is relatively concentrated,25-32 years old;the education is mainly concentrated in junior college and university;the sports level is mainly composed of key athletes and first-level athletes.(2)In terms of transformation of retired athletes,the number of successful transformation accounts for half of the total number,and further study and government resettlement account for half.Athletes have high satisfaction with transformation and resettlement,but there are few opportunities for successful transformation.(3)The factors affecting the transformation of athletes include: injury affects the transformation of retired athletes development,sports performance and the transformation of retired athletes treatment,retired athletes cultural knowledge employment skills,for the transformation of retired athletes employment knowledge skills training,policy guidance and implementation can not adapt to the transformation of retired athletes employment.(4)Through the analysis of the factors affecting the employment of competitive Wushu athletes in Shanxi Province,the factors affecting the employment of athletes mainly include: personal factors,policy factors,employment training factors,family factors,education factors,organizational placement factors,and social factors.(5)In terms of employment of retired athletes,athletes mainly take martial arts related occupations,such as martial arts guidance,martial arts training,and martial arts related entrepreneurship.The salary of athletes ’employment is not high,and athletes’ satisfaction with employment is insufficient.Make the following recommendations based on the conclusion:(1)The retirement of athletes is of a certain regularity,and the transformation and employment services should be carried out according to their characteristics,such as more transformation services and more training within the age range of athletes’ concentrated retirement.(2)At present,the transformation work of athletes ’retirement is still mainly related to martial arts,so the transformation channels of retired athletes should be expanded to improve the transformation income and satisfaction of athletes’ transformation.(3)Carry out targeted optimization measures according to the transformation difficulties of athletes,such as improving the cultural quality of athletes,conducting more skills training,and the implementation of optimization measures,etc.(4)In order to solve the employment problem of retired athletes,we should start with the individual,policies,employment training,organization and placement of athletes.(5)Strengthen the cultural quality education of athletes,broaden the channels of continuing education for retired athletes,and guide retired athletes to correctly understand employment and make career plans.
