Mathematical anxiety is a common negative emotional problem in students’ mathematical learning,but also a hot spot in society,there are many studies,most of the research is to explore its current situation,the relationship with various factors and strategies to alleviate anxiety.However,the previous anxiety resolution measures did not take into account the cultivation goals and volitional qualities,so there were some shortcomings.For high school students,mathematics core literacy is the goal of student training after the "three-dimensional goal",which plays an important role in students’ lifelong development and is the main theme of the current development of mathematics education.And the quality of will is a necessary condition for learning,especially as a high school student,the difficulty of mathematics has increased,anxiety is widespread,so you cannot leave the core literacy and will quality of mathematics to talk about the solution to anxiety.Moreover,studies have shown that both mathematical core literacy and volitional quality have a negative correlation with anxiety,that is,the improvement of the two has a certain effect on alleviating mathematical anxiety.Therefore,this study alleviates mathematical anxiety based on core literacy and volitional quality,and explores the relationship between mathematical anxiety,mathematical core literacy and volitional quality through questionnaires and test papers,and finds more scientific and effective countermeasures to alleviate mathematical anxiety on the basis of previous research.The first chapter mainly includes the explanation of the research background,significance,content,ideas and other introductions.Through the analysis of the literature related to mathematical anxiety,the shortcomings of previous research are found,and the ideas of this research are introduced,and then the theoretical relationship between mathematical core literacy,volitional quality and mathematical anxiety is found,and the appropriate research direction of countermeasures is determined.The second chapter mainly covers the definition of mathematical anxiety,mathematical core literacy and volitional quality.The third chapter mainly combines the previous research on mathematical learning anxiety,mathematical core literacy and volitional quality,and compiles the "Mathematics Core Literacy Test Paper","Mathematical Anxiety and Will Quality Relationship Questionnaire" and "Mathematical Core Literacy and Will Quality Questionnaire" based on the purpose of this research,and selects two schools of the Xinjiang Corps for investigation and testing.The main content of Chapter 4 is to collate and analyze the data,and the conclusions are summarized as follows: 1.From the perspective of the six aspects of mathematical core literacy,mathematical abstraction,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,and mathematical operations will have a significant negative impact on comprehensive anxiety.2.From the analysis of the solution process of the Mathematics Core Literacy Test Paper,it can be seen that students have the highest degree of anxiety at the level of mathematical operations.3.High school students will have more severe math anxiety due to poor willpower.4.There is a significant positive correlation between mathematical core literacy and volitional quality.Chapter 5 is mainly based on core literacy and willpower,and gives specific countermeasures to alleviate anxiety in response to the above conclusions: cultivate students’ perseverance to persist in computing;Correct students’ attitude towards computing;Give students a lot of practice on geometry problems;Pay attention to the use of intuitive teaching aids;Pay attention to the process of forming abstract concepts;Link mathematics to life closely;Use the "rigor" of mathematics to exercise students’ self-control;Use discriminating questions to exercise students’ decisiveness;Help students eliminate the fear of mistakes and cultivate students’ decisiveness;Use the "universality" of mathematics to mobilize students’ consciousness.Through the above strategies and suggestions,it can effectively alleviate mathematical anxiety.The innovation of this study is that on the basis of the previous research,and considering the importance of high school students’ mathematical core literacy and volitional quality,through investigation and analysis,the relationship between mathematical core literacy,volitional quality and mathematical anxiety is deduced,and countermeasures to alleviate mathematical anxiety are proposed for core literacy and volitional quality. |
