China’s senior high school curriculum standard revision group(hereinafter referred to as"curriculum standard revision group")lists mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,mathematical operation,visual imagination and data analysis as the six core qualities of senior high school mathematics[1].It is clear that implementing students’core literacy in teaching is one of the teaching objectives,which shows the importance of mathematics core literacy to students’development.At the same time,the cultivation of core literacy should not only be specific to the cultivation of core literacy of each discipline,but also be implemented in the specific subject content.Students’mathematical thinking has developed to a certain extent after primary and junior learning.However,the difficulty and depth of high school mathematics content have been improved compared with that of junior middle school,which is mainly determined by the abstract characteristics of high school mathematics itself.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how to effectively cultivate students’mathematical abstract literacy in teaching.The cultivation of mathematical abstract literacy needs to take the specific mathematical content as the carrier.The author began to sort out the knowledge structure of high school mathematics and found that the high school function content has a high degree of abstraction,which is very conducive to cultivating students’mathematical abstract core literacy.Therefore,this paper decided to choose the function content as the carrier of cultivating mathematical abstract literacy.Firstly,by searching the relevant literature,this paper defines the important concepts involved in this study,and understands the students’cognitive attitude towards function learning through questionnaire survey;According to the division of mathematical abstraction level in the new curriculum standard,the test paper of correlation function is designed;Secondly,through data analysis to further understand the students’abstract level,through interviews to understand the front-line teachers’attention to mathematical abstract literacy in teaching and the development of mathematical abstract literacy.Finally,according to the results of questionnaire and teacher interview,this paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating students’mathematical abstract core literacy in function teaching:1 Strengthen teacher training and establish mathematical abstract consciousness;2.Create problem situations and pay attention to the abstract process of mathematics;3.Pay attention to the formation of concepts and emphasize the connection between old and new knowledge;4.Pay attention to communication and reflection and form a good habit of abstraction.
