With the higher requirements of the society for the development of talents,the Biology Curriculum Standards for senior high schools was promulgated in2017,and has been revised and improved in some aspects.At the same time,there are also more demands for model construction teaching.In high school biology,students mainly come into contact with three types of models,namely physical model,mathematical model and conceptual model,which are important contents of the teaching system of high school biology model construction.Conceptual model plays an important role in helping students to establish an overall concept of biological knowledge.It plays an important role in the development of students’ scientific thinking.In order to have a real understanding of the current teaching situation of conceptual model construction,this paper designs the outline of student questionnaire and teacher interview.After sorting out and analyzing the survey results,it is found that the following problems need to be solved:1.Some students’ interest in learning and modeling needs to be improved;2.Students’ modeling ability and the ability to modify the application model need to be improved;3.Teaching activities of conceptual model construction are rarely carried out,and teachers lack systematic training of conceptual model construction teaching,corresponding modeling training,and corresponding teaching design and teaching process.In order to improve the current situation of conceptual model teaching,this paper refers to a large number of literatures and designs a conceptual model construction teaching model based on deep learning: 1.Activating knowledge--Model preparation;2.Acquisition of knowledge--initial construction of the model;3.Deep processing knowledge--model construction;4.Reflection evaluation--inspection and correction;5.Application creation--model application.And according to this teaching mode design of standardized lessons.In this study,two parallel classes of students were selected to carry out the control experiment teaching to test whether the teaching mode can achieve ideal teaching effect in practical teaching.By analyzing the scores of the conceptual model construction ability evaluation scale(pre-test)of the students in the two classes,it was found that the significance of the T-test result was P=0.936 > 0.01,so there was no significant difference in the conceptual model construction ability of the students in the two classes.Through classroom observation and(post-test)analysis,it was found that the experimental class performed better than the control class,and the significance value of the post-test T-test result was 0.000 < 0.01,there was a significant difference,and the average score of the experimental class was20.336 > 17.404.It shows that the deep learning-based conceptual model construction teaching mode can improve students’ interest in modeling and their ability to construct conceptual models.However,the conditions of this study are limited.The author only conducted the educational experiment for three months,the experimental objects were only two classes in the practice school,and the evaluation method was relatively simple,so the experimental results have certain limitations.However,the author will further expand the scope of the experiment and extend the experiment time in the future teaching,so as to obtain more accurate experimental results.
