Novel reading teaching plays an important role in high school reading teaching.Novel reading plays an important role in enriching students’ reading emotion and cultivating students’ reading quality.The Chinese Curriculum Standards for ordinary high schools(2020 edition)emphasizes that "the training goal of ordinary high schools is to further improve the comprehensive quality of students" and to make students "have scientific and cultural literacy,lifelong learning ability,independent development ability and communication and cooperation ability".Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of novel reading in high school,such as the dilution of the concept of Synergistic Learning Theory,random and disordered classroom organization,single classroom teaching methods,and lack of reflection on classroom evaluation,this paper applies the theory of Synergistic Learning to the teaching of novel reading in high school,explores its feasibility and significance,proposes specific application strategies,and displays relevant teaching practice cases.In order to solve the problems in high school novel reading teaching to provide some reference.The research content of this paper mainly includes five parts.The first part mainly introduces the reasons for the research,the review of the research,the significance of the research and the methods of the research.The second part summarizes the theory of Synergistic Learning and relevant theories of high school novel reading teaching.First,the concept,theoretical basis,characteristics and basic elements of Synergistic Learning are expounded.Secondly,it analyzes the requirement and value of high school novel reading teaching.Finally,combined with the characteristics of high school Chinese textbooks,this paper analyzes the feasibility and significance of applying Synergistic Learning Theory to high school novel reading teaching.The third part is questionnaire survey and question analysis.Taking a outstanding high school in Long Nan City,Jiangxi Province as an example,this part investigates and analyzes the current situation of high school novel reading teaching for teachers and students,and summarizes the outstanding problems in the current high school novel reading teaching.The fourth part puts forward the application strategy of Synergistic Learning Theory in high school novel reading teaching.This part mainly discusses the concept of teachers and students,learning environment,teaching methods and so on.In the aspect of changing the concept of teachers and students,the vision of teacher-student collaboration should be established,from focusing on student cooperation to focusing on teacher-student collaboration,from focusing on learning results to focusing on dialogue,listening and evaluation in the process of collaboration.In terms of the creation of learning environment,we should establish a stable long-term collaborative group,establish a close collaborative partnership,and strengthen the communication and interaction within the group through dynamic activities.In terms of teaching methods,the author proposes advanced synergistic learning,relying on teacher-student synergistic learning,student-student mutual learning,group mutual learning,seeking common ground while reserving differences,and teacher-student collaborative evaluation to enhance the effect of Synergistic Learning classroom.The fifth part shows the design and practice of Synergistic Learning Theory applied in high school novel reading teaching.This part takes "Lily" teaching of senior One as an example to show the specific teaching process.After the practice study,the study results were analyzed by using the learning effect questionnaire,classroom feedback form and evaluation form,and it was found that students’ learning enthusiasm,learning habits,learning ability and teacher-student relationship were significantly improved.
