Abstract/Summary:
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and the Central Committee has issued a series of documents providing guidelines for the development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses.As the international and domestic environments have changed in recent years,the integration and confrontation between different cultural thoughts,the diversification and changeability of social climate,and the rise of mass media,especially self-media,have exposed the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to more challenges.To achieve favorable results in teaching ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,it is necessary to explore social human resources of educators and cooperate with the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to teach,thus fulfilling the task and goal of fostering character and civic virtue with ideological and political theory courses.On March 6,2021,when visiting committee members in medicine,health and education sectors who attended the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference,Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of "big ideological and political theory courses",to accelerate the progress of this task.On August 10,2022,the Ministry of Education among ten departments issued the notice on the Work Plan for Comprehensively Promoting the Development of "Big Ideological and Political Theory Courses",requiring colleges and universities to “fully mobilize the forces and resources of the whole society and cultivate ‘competent teachers’ ”,which obliges colleges and universities to teach ideological and political theory courses with the door open,coordinate and integrate human resources of ideological and political education from all parties involved,and continuously expand the use of social human resources to educate people in collaboration with ideological and political theory courses.Based on this,the author surveyed some colleges and universities in Xinjiang and Hebei,with a view to integrating social resources into the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to carry out collaborative education and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The main body of this thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which principally expounds on the research background and significance of the topic chosen by the author,summarizes and analyzes the current studies on this topic at home and abroad,clarifies the research approaches and methods of the thesis,and sets forth the innovations and challenges of the study in this thesis.Chapter two chiefly defines the relevant concepts involved in the study of this thesis,elaborates on the relevant theories supporting the writing of this thesis,and analyzes the necessity of integrating social human resources into the teaching staff to teach from different perspectives.Chapter three adopts the methods of literature research and questionnaire to study and analyze the integration of social human resources into the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,including the basic information surveyed by the author and the basic facts about the current integration of social human resources into the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to teach ideological and political theory courses.Chapter four expounds on the problems in the integration of social human resources into the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to teach and analyzes the causes behind.In chapter five,based on the comprehensive analysis of the foregoing chapters,the author proposes the path to integrate social human resources into the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities: first,following the basic principles of integrating social human resources into the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities;second,clarifying the objectives of the integration of social human resources into the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities;third,optimizing the approaches and methods to integrate social human resources into the development of teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities;fourth,building a collaborative education mechanism for social human resources and ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities.The findings of this thesis can offer some guidance and references for further enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and ensuring the fulfillment of the fundamental task of colleges and universities,namely fostering character and civic virtue.
