Teachers play a fundamental role in national prosperity,national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.As the " reserve force " and " reserve pool " of primary and secondary school teachers,normal students play a key role in the high-quality development of China ’s education.The moral will of normal students determines whether normal students can realize the unity of knowledge and practice,successfully transform moral cognition into moral behavior,and determine the comprehensive quality and quality level of primary and secondary school teachers.Colleges and universities always adhere to the fundamental task of education,and attach importance to the cultivation of normal students with all-round development.They have carried out a series of beneficial explorations and formed some successful experiences in the cultivation of moral will of normal students in various colleges and universities,such as curriculum teaching,practical activities and campus culture.However,on the whole,there are still some outstanding problems in the cultivation of moral will of normal university students,such as the degree of attention to be strengthened,the theoretical indoctrination beyond the acceptance threshold,the lack of attraction of practical activities,and the mere formality of campus culture,which restrict the stable development of moral will of normal university students,resulting in the limitation of moral will cultivation.Therefore,how to optimize the moral will cultivation path of normal university students is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.After sorting out and analyzing the relevant achievements in the academic circle,it is found that the current research on the moral will of normal students at home and abroad lacks sufficient attention,the number of research results is small,the overall research is relatively scattered,not comprehensive and systematic,and does not match its importance in theory and practice.The analysis of the essential connotation and factor structure of the moral will of normal university students only stays on the surface,and has not yet reached a general consensus.The discussion on the practical problems of the moral will cultivation path of normal university students mainly stays at the empirical level,lacking the support of empirical research.The lack of theoretical research directly leads to the problem of insufficient effectiveness of moral will cultivation of normal students in reality.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical exploration of moral will cultivation of normal students,solve the key problems restricting the improvement of effectiveness,and put forward the strategic suggestions of path optimization to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of practical will,this study adopts the deductive method of interdisciplinary theory to analyze the basic connotation of the optimization of the cultivation path of normal students ’ moral will,and draws the basic connotation of the optimization of the cultivation path of normal students ’ moral will with moral practice as the means,moral will promotion as the essence and moral behavior as the goal.The research further demonstrates the important value of the optimization of the moral will cultivation path of normal university students,and concludes that the optimization of the moral will cultivation path of normal university students highlights its value implication from three aspects: helping normal university students to change to " four good " teachers,promoting the improvement of the effectiveness of moral education in normal universities and promoting the construction of a strong socialist modern education country.On this basis,it explores the development and change mechanism of normal students ’ moral will,and finds that the moral will of normal students mainly includes four dimensions: consciousness,decisiveness,self-control and persistence,and interacts to form five development and change mechanisms,mainly: moral motivation awakening mechanism,moral cognition guidance mechanism,moral belief solidification mechanism,moral emotion regulation mechanism,and moral habit promotion mechanism.The study used literature research method and qualitative interview method to interview33 normal students from different normal universities,different majors and different grades,and comprehensively grasped and deeply analyzed the successful experience and outstanding problems of moral will cultivation of normal students.First of all,the successful experience is mainly manifested in three aspects: attaching importance to the role of curriculum in promoting the moral will of normal university students,enriching the practice platform of moral will cultivation of normal university students,and creating a moral will campus culture with positive effects.Secondly,the outstanding problems are mainly manifested in four aspects: the emphasis on the cultivation of moral will in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened,the indoctrination of moral theory exceeds the acceptance threshold of normal students,the lack of attraction of practical activities restricts the improvement of will,and the mere formality of campus culture reduces the effectiveness of cultivation.Based on the successful experience and outstanding problems in the construction of the moral will cultivation path of normal university students,following the development and change mechanism of the moral will of normal university students,the study believes that the optimization of the moral will cultivation path of normal university students should start from the following aspects: First,improve the importance of moral will cultivation in normal universities,including the establishment of relevant experience courses for moral will,highlighting the important position of moral will practice activities,and paying attention to the formation of the concept of education-based campus culture.The second is to strengthen the practical characteristics of the moral will cultivation content of normal students.Focusing on the practical characteristics of moral will,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as increasing the relevant case situation of moral will,carrying out moral practice based on the characteristics of normal students,and strengthening the training of moral will related ability.The third is to innovate the system construction to ensure the effectiveness of moral will cultivation.It is mainly reflected in three aspects: innovating the management system of moral will practice activities,carrying out two-way guidance inside and outside the school and constructing a three-dimensional moral will evaluation system.The fourth is to build a campus moral will culture with normal characteristics.From the construction of normal students ’ moral will as the theme of the spiritual culture,with the principle of combining ideal and reality to choose the moral example,build a harmonious interpersonal relationship to provide support for moral will,innovative publicity mechanism to realize the moral life cultivation and so on four angles to create the cultivation atmosphere of campus culture.
