Research On The Cultivation Of Moral Quality Of Female Students In Normal University

As a special group of college students,female college students have the dual roles of"normal students" and "women".With the rapid development of education in Normal Universities,the proportion of female students with high educated is increasing year by year.The problem of healthy growth and development is increasingly prominent,especially female students,the proportion is as high as 60%..How to scientifically and effectively guide them to improve their own moral quality,carry out effective moral education,and improve their moral qualities,is one of the key points of for moral educators in higher education institutes.In the early stage of the research,the author finds that there are not many research findings in female college students' moral education in the current academic circles as we as moral quality cultivation.Therefore,the author thinks that specific research on Normal College female students' moral quality cultivation,analyzing the factors in the development of moral quality of female college students to put forward the female college students' moral quality cultivation mode have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is based on empirical research,combined with current college female students'moral quality status and characteristics,analyzing the influence factors.Adhering to Marx's view of woman's position and exploring the path of cultivating female college students' moral quality in Normal Universities from the perspective of feminism and methodology.The purpose of this paper is to provide more perfect way for cultivating the pertinence and effectiveness of the moral quality.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,interdisciplinary research,questionnaire survey.The innovation with female perspective and female college students' point of view,lies in the present situation of moral quality of female college students.On this basis,it discusses the way to cultivate the moral quality of female college students.The foothold of this study is to reveal Normal College female students' moral quality cultivation path,it is also the value of this research.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this thesis is divided into three main parts.The first part mainly expounds the basic theory of research of moral quality of female college students.This part analyzes the connotation of the moral quality of female college students in Normal Universities.On this basis,this paper discusses the theory and policy of woman's development and the importance of cultivating female college students' moral quality,and provides important theoretical basis for revealing and grasping the characteristics of moral quality of female college students.The second part is the present situation and analysis of the moral quality of female college students.This part is about moral quality status of Normal College female students through the sample investigation,then analyzes the factors that hinder the normal university moral quality development of female college students,and makes a concrete analysis of the influence of Chinese traditional female ethics,as well as contemporary social factors,school education and family education factors.These four parts provides a realistic basis for the cultivation of moral quality of female college students.The third part focuses on the cultivation of moral qualities of female college students.Research on female college students themselves,families,schools and the community participating in the development of multi-level,multi-channel moral cultivation way to improve the scientifically and efficiently of cultivating the moral quality of female college students in Normal College.
