Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Rule Of Law Thinking In The New Era

At present,China is in the critical period of deepening the comprehensive rule of law,and the construction of China under the rule of law is steadily advancing.The rule of law literacy of all members of society is related to the progress and effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law in China,and rule of law thinking,as a scientific way of thinking to analyze and solve problems in a society under the rule of law,is an important part of citizens’ rule of law literacy.The cultivation of the rule of law among university students is a comprehensive educational activity,which is of great significance in guiding university students of the new era to master the knowledge of the rule of law,enhance their identification with the rule of law,strengthen their belief in the rule of law and establish a rule of law mindset,and plays an important role in cultivating the rule of law talents needed for the development of the times,strengthening the rule of law construction team in China and promoting the construction of a socialist rule of law state.Based on the above understanding,this article takes the new era as the background,investigates and researches the situation of cultivating the rule of law thinking among university students,analyzes the problems exposed in real life and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Excluding the introductory and concluding sections,this paper focuses on the following four sections: Firstly,through reviewing,collating and analysing the existing literature,clarify the scientific connotation of the rule of law,rule of law thinking and the cultivation of rule of law thinking among university students,and clarify the theoretical basis for the cultivation of rule of law thinking among university students;Secondly,from the practical point of view of life,the basic characteristics of the cultivation of the rule of law thinking among university students in the new era are explored in depth,and the value implication of the cultivation of the rule of law thinking among university students in the new era is analyzed from multiple perspectives;Again,in order to have a clearer understanding of the problems in the cultivation of the rule of law among university students,the research was conducted by means of a questionnaire and the reasons behind the problems were further analysed in the light of the actual situation of the cultivation of the rule of law among university students;Finally,in view of the problems in the cultivation of the rule of law thinking among university students,we will analyze the countermeasures from five levels: guiding ideology,cultivation content,cultivation method,education subject and object,and environment creation,in order to realize the benign development of the cultivation of the rule of law thinking among university students in the new era and the steady improvement of the ability of the rule of law thinking among university students.
