Education is an important foundation for laying the foundation for the progress and development of human society and is of great significance to the development of human society today,while teachers are the key to promoting the development of human education and training talents for the country and society.As China is now in a new era,building a high-quality teaching team and a high-quality education system has become a new demand for the country,which is a new challenge for teachers,who must constantly improve their teaching quality and teaching ability,and reflecting on teaching is an effective means for teachers to improve themselves.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform and new standards,teachers of high school ideology and politics need to use teaching reflection to improve their teaching quality and teaching ability.Teaching reflection can help teachers of high school ideology and politics to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and promoting the all-round development of students.It is also beneficial to improve the professionalism of high school ideology and politics teachers,which will lead to a change in their teaching philosophy,improve their knowledge and develop their teaching skills,and also help high school ideology and politics teachers to better carry out their classroom teaching,which will lead to better implementation of the new curriculum standards and more efficient classroom teaching,so as to achieve teaching and learning.However,in the actual teaching,high school ideology and politics teachers’ teaching reflection still has many problems,for how to carry out teaching reflection still has doubts,so,teaching reflection needs to be paid attention to.In the context of the new curriculum reform and the promulgation of the new standards,this paper aims to investigate the current situation of teaching reflection of high school ideology and politics teachers and provide optimization strategies for high school ideology and politics teachers.This paper starts from the concept of teachers’ teaching reflection and analyses the significance of teachers’ teaching reflection in high school ideology and politics classes.Through questionnaires as well as interviews,it analyses the problems of high school ideology and politics teachers’ cognitive limitations of teaching reflection,lack of comprehensiveness and depth in the content of teaching reflection,lack of comprehensive understanding of the ways of teaching reflection,and lack of practice in teaching reflection;through the above problems of high school ideology and politics teachers,it provides strategies for the optimization of high school ideology and politics teachers’ teaching reflection.High school ideology and politics teachers need to improve the consciousness of teaching reflection,enhance the awareness of high school ideology and politics teachers of teaching reflection,correct the attitude of high school ideology and politics teachers of teaching reflection;broaden the breadth of teachers’ teaching reflection,ensure the depth of teachers’ teaching reflection;adopt a variety of ways of teaching reflection;schools and society should also create a good atmosphere for teaching reflection and strengthen high school ideology and politics teachers’ teaching reflection practice. |
