| Short negative self is a false cognition formed by individual dissatisfaction with height,which will lead to negative cognition,emotional experience and corresponding behavior.However,nowadays,there are few research documents on short negative self.In the background of people’s increasing aesthetic level,it is more urgent to increase the research on short negative self,and it is extremely important to have correct self-cognition and establish confidence.In this paper,500 early young girls were surveyed as the research object,namely the negative Body Self scale-Short Negative Self Subscale(NPSS-H)and(FFMQ)to analyze the relationship between the short negative self level and mindfulness level;select girls with high low negative self level for group counseling intervention,and then compare the low negative self level and mindfulness level before and after the intervention.This paper is divided into two studies,to explore the relationship between the negative self level and the mindfulness level,and the second is to use mindfulness technology to intervene in girls with high negative self level,the intervention effect is remarkable.In study 1,the negative Body Self Scale--Short Negative Self Subscale(NPSS-H)and the Five Factor Mental Percepeness Scale(FFMQ)were selected to survey 500 students in our school,and finally analyzed the 498 collected questionnaires.Demographic data were classified from nine aspects,including whether she was registered,whether she is an only child,and whether she is a left-behind child.The data of the two scales were analyzed by the mean and standard deviation,and further studied the relationship between the negative self level and mindfulness level of puberty by related analysis.Discovery: There was a significant negative relationship between short negative self level and mindfulness level in early youth girls,thus laying the foundation for study 2.The second study is to intervene young girls with high level of negative self through mindfulness group training.On the basis of study 1,the scores of 498 subjects in the Negative Body Self Scale--Short Negative Self Subscale(NPSS-H)were arranged in ascending order.30 girls with the top score,15 were randomly selected as the experimental group,and the other 15 girls were selected as the control group.The mindfulness technique was used for group training.After the training,NPSS-H and FFMQ were used to investigate the subjects with good results.In order to further test the continuity of the training effect,NPSS-H and FFMQ were investigated again after two months,and the mindfulness intervention was well.This study has reached the following conclusions:First,the low negative self level and mindfulness level were significantly negatively related in early youth girls.The intervention effect of mindfulness group tutoring training on the short negative self level of early young girls is significant,and the research hypothesis is true.After 8 weeks of mindfulness group intervention training,the subjects’ short negative self level improved significantly.Third,2 months after the end of the intervention,the intervention results were tracked,and the data showed that the participants had the short negative self level compared with the pre-intervention scores. |
