Research objectives: Through crawling movements, using one minute rope skipping test, rope ladder test, quadrant jump test,30 m rhythm running test, closed eye standing test, and closed eye single leg standing test as test indicators, analyze the changes in coordination and balance ability of the subjects, compare the impact of the experimental group on the coordination and balance ability of the control group after the experiment, and compare the differences in coordination and balance ability in each stage of the experimental group,To verify whether crawling has an impact on coordination and balance abilities of ordinary male college students.Research methods: In this paper, literature, experiment and expert interview methods were used to carry out the experiment on ordinary male college students through crawling exercise. The experiment period was 16 weeks.Male college students from 4 classes were randomly selected in Jingdezhen Ceramic University and randomly divided into two groups after screening. The experimental group(class 1and class 2)consisted of 33 students. They were carried out in high posture, middle posture and low posture crawling in physical education class twice a week. The control group(Class 3 and Class 4)consisted of 32 students.Regular physical education classes were performed normally, twice a week.In week 1,week 6,week11 and week 16,the subjects were tested before, twice during and after the test(no intervention was performed during the test week),and then analyzed according to the data of the experiment.Research results:(1)After the 16-week crawling exercise intervention,one-minute rope skipping test, rope ladder test, quadrant jump test and 30 m rhythm running test all had promoting effects on the physical coordination index of the experimental group, and there were significant differences among one-minute rope skipping test, rope ladder test and quadrant jump test(P < 0.01).The 30 m rhythm running test had significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)After 16 weeks of routine physical education, there were significant differences in the physical coordination index of 30 m rhythm running test in the control group(P < 0.05),and significant differences in the balance ability of standing with one foot closed eyes test(P < 0.05).(3)After the experiment, compared with the control group,in the physical coordination index,one-minute rope skipping test, rope ladder test, quadrant jump test had a very significant difference(P < 0.01),30 m rhythm running test index had no significant difference; In the index of body balance ability, there were significant differences between the test of standing in place with eyes closed and the test of standing on one foot with eyes closed(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of crawling exercise, the coordination and balance ability of ordinary male college students have been significantly improved,so crawling exercise can promote the coordination and balance ability of ordinary male college students.(2)After 16 weeks of regular physical activity, the 30 m rhythmic running test of ordinary male college students has a promoting effect, and standing on one foot with eyes closed has a promoting effect, indicating that regular physical activity has a certain help to the coordination and static balance ability of ordinary male college students.(3)The 16-week intervention experiment showed that the coordination and balance ability of the experimental group improved more significantly than that of the control group. Therefore, the crawling movement designed by the intervention experiment in this paper was reasonable and suitable for ordinary male college students. |
