Our country young students' physical healthy quality is declining in recent years.In the process of the cultivation of the body quality,balance and coordination of culture occupies an important position,especially for 7-8 years old schoolchildren,they are in critical period of growth and development,which is also a sensitive period to improve balance and coordination.Promoting pupils' ability of balance and coordination not only improves their physical performance,but also can improve their sports marks.Multi-Direction movement training belongs to the part of the body movement function training system,which has been widely recognized abroad,now our country put more attention on it,and related research has been carried out;the risk of multi-direction movement training is low,the equipment is more rich than before,the method is simple to use and suitable for students to practice,to improve 7-8 years old schoolchildren balance and coordination,which plays an important role.In this paper,we use four methods: literature method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics;in Shijiazhuang,we choose two random classes of Yaqing Primary School second-grade students as experimental objects,and conduct an experiment for 12 weeks(24 class hours).Experimental classes are included in physical education,the basic part to join direction training contains more,that in comparative classes with conventional physical education teaching.Test index selection balance in static balance of open standing on one foot,close eyes with one foot standing,eyes closure standing on one foot outreach legs,vestibular step test of dynamic balance,the balance beam walk,eye closure piaffe.Coordination in the upper limb coordination on one hand,alternating bounce the ball with your hands,and lower limbs coordinated step back cushion leg jumping,fast step,the whole body coordination feet rope skipping,standing up.Index test is in balance and coordination before and after the experiment,by comparing and analyzing the data using SPSS22.0 way.The test result: before the experiment,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes students balance and coordination of various index data comparison,we found no significant difference(P>0.05).After the experiment,the experimental class compared with that in comparative classes,index test results proves that static equilibrium in the balance index of open standing on one foot,close the eyes standing on one foot,eye closure,standing on one foot outreaching legs,three indicators have very significant difference(P<0.01)or less,the dynamic balance of vestibular step test,closing the piaffe has significant difference(P<0.05)or less;Coordination in the lower limbs coordinated fast accurate and general coordination LiWoCheng has very significant difference(P<0.01)or less;Upper limbs coordinated hands alternately bounce the ball and lower limbs coordinated step back cushion leg jumping with significant difference(P<0.05)or less,other indicators have no significant difference(P>0.05).Experimental classes and that in comparative classes experiment before and after the gender balance and coordination index had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)More direction training can effectively improve the balance ability of 7-8 years old schoolchildren,specific advantages in open standing on one foot,close my eyes standing on one foot,eye closure,standing on one foot outreach legs,vestibular step test and close the marking time,and to strengthen students' stability in the movement and reduce the risk of movement.(2)More direction training can effectively improve the coordination of 7-8 years old schoolchildren,specific advantages to bounce the ball in his hands,step back cushion leg jumping,quick step and LiWoCheng,and to improve student's ability to control body,make all kinds of action effectively.(3)After the experiment,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes before and after the experiment balance and harmony between men and women there is no significant difference.(4)The multi-direction movement training scheme design is reasonable,the equipment is simple and practical,which is suitable for primary school students in physical education practice.
