In recent years,as the country’s resources in the sports industry are tilted,people’s demand for sports is growing,and the number of domestic stadiums and gymnasiums is increasing rapidly.However,while the sports industry is growing savagely,most domestic stadiums and gymnasiums have rough operation management and lack of risk management.As there are many risk factors in the operation process of stadiums and gymnasiums,there are many potential losses.How to carry out risk management for stadiums and gymnasiums is the focus of current scholars in this field.To improve the efficiency of venue risk management,this article adopts the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA)model combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to conduct operational risk analysis on HZ sports venues.Due to the subjectivity and low reliability of the FMEA model in the SOD scoring process,this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to score the SOD values separately.By using the judgment matrix and consistency test,the reliability of the risk score is improved.The calculation formula for the RPN value of the original risk priority number is converted into a weighted sum of SOD to optimize the risk ranking deviation.This paper takes HZ stadium and gymnasium as the research object.After elaborating and analyzing its internal organizational structure and operation status quo,the article analyzes the HZ stadium and gymnasium according to the division of its functional departments,adopts the system FMEA method,conducts on-site interviews and surveys for each department,analyzes its potential management risk through functional failure,and identifies the risk from both internal and external aspects of the stadium combined with literature summary.Then,through the improved RPN value calculation formula mentioned above,we use yaahp software to conduct hierarchical modeling,assignment,and consistency check.After obtaining the priority number of various risks,the ABC method is used to divide the risks,and three types of ABC risks are obtained.Formulate detailed corresponding risk response measures according to the types of risks.For Class A risks,detailed targeted response and prevention measures are formulated due to the large priority number.For Class B risks,targeted departmental mechanism optimization is adopted for improvement.For Class C risks,rules and regulations optimization is adopted for simple improvement.Therefore,it can reduce the cost of stadium operation risk management and improve the efficiency of risk management.Finally,this article has formulated safeguard measures from the aspects of risk awareness,media public relations,risk responsibility system and risk supervision to help the risk management to continue.
