Research On Risk Management Of Yantai Sports Tourism Project Based On FMEA

During the whole period from preliminary investigation to planning and design to construction and operation of sports tourism projects,risk problems frequently occur,leading to poor tourism experience and stranded activities.Therefore,in order to avoid all kinds of sports tourism project risk,selected the yantai sports tourism project as the research object,on the stages of sports tourism project progress by effective identification and evaluation of the potential risks of and identify risk to the effects of sports tourism project,to reduce risk,improve the competitiveness.Research uses the literature material,questionnaire survey,expert interview,the methods of inductive analysis,studied the yantai sports tourism project,through the use of fault tree is built and FMEA method,identify and quantify the potential risk of sports tourism projects,the results are as follows:(1)The feasibility of FMEA application is demonstrated,and a risk assessment system is established based on FMEA theory and actual situation.(2)Through the construction of the fault tree,identify the yantai sports tourism projects including risk are:natural risk,tax risk,policy risk,the risk of public intervention,community risk,inflation risk,interest rate risk,investment risk,investment risk,the risk of construction difficulty,normal risk acceptance,the scale of construction risk,contract risk,planning and design risk,risk management mechanism,risk management,risk,competition risk and customer supply risk.(3)Risk quantitative results show that the current yantai sports tourism project risk management situation is not optimistic,bear a lot of risk,the planning and design risk and financial risk is the risk the severity of the highest risk factors,customers supply risk,investment risk and risk of industry competitive power to make the frequency of the highest risk factors,the most impossible to detect the risk factor is the investment risk.(4)Combined with risk assessment,the financial,economic,construction,market,management risk,natural and social risks of yantai sports tourism projects are formulated.Based on the research of the sports tourism project risk management,risk management work orderly,guidance and scholars in the future for further study on tourism project risk management issues related to providing a certain reference and theoretical support.
