Research On The Characteristic Development Path Of Rural Public Sports Facilities Under The New Development Concept

With the implementation of the great strategy of rural revitalization,the economic level of rural areas has developed rapidly,the living standards of rural residents have been improving day by day,and the awareness of sports and health has gradually awakened.Based on the current situation of unbalanced and insufficient development of rural sports facilities,this paper takes the new development concept as the guide,deeply combines the new development concept with the construction of rural public sports facilities,explores the practical problems of construction,use and management of rural public sports facilities,and puts forward the corresponding development path centered on the needs of the people.It not only enriches the practical application field of the new development concept,but also has strong application value.Taking the new development concept as the guiding ideology,this paper starts from the type,venue,quantity,spatial layout,funding source,management and maintenance of public sports facilities,and the current status of the use of public sports facilities through literature method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other methods.Investigate the development status of public sports facilities in rural areas of Yun he District.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is still room to improve the type and quantity of public sports facilities in rural areas,and the existing public sports facilities can only meet the basic physical exercise needs of the people,and it is difficult to meet the higher physical exercise needs of the people in the new era.(2)Residents in rural areas have a high enthusiasm to participate in sports activities,but the systematic knowledge of sports and health is relatively lacking,there is a lack of scientific guidance and help,and the use of public sports facilities is limited to the most basic functions,and there are unscientific uses and wrong methods.(3)The management and maintenance of public sports facilities in some rural areas are weak.There are lost,damaged,obsolete,dirty instructions for use,etc.Although the management and maintenance work in most areas is reasonable,standardized and orderly.However,the weakness of a small part of the area also has a greater impact on the overall image of managers.(4)The source of funds for the construction of public sports facilities in rural areas is reasonable,although most of the sources are sports lottery donations,but they can basically meet the construction needs of the facilities.The participation of social forces can improve the management efficiency of facilities to a certain extent and optimize the type and use of facilities.(5)Lack of relevant professional sports talents in rural areas.The participation of the masses in sports and the use of public sports facilities lack professional and scientific guidance.Sports information sources are more focused on the Internet and family and friends.(6)The construction of public sports facilities in rural areas has insufficient characteristics,and most public sports facilities are only implemented policies and plans,and the combination with local cultural characteristics and geographical characteristics is insufficient,and there is no development path with its own characteristics.Combined with the new development concept,the corresponding development paths and solutions are proposed for the current situation of the development of public sports facilities in rural areas of Yunhe District:(1)Take innovation as the source of power,adhere to the path of characteristic development,and create innovative public sports facilities;(2)Take coordination as the fundamental method,pay attention to the organic combination of three-level coordinated development,and pursue the synergy between the three levels of urban and rural areas,within the countryside,and the residents themselves,and comprehensively coordinate development.;(3)Take green as the fundamental follow,adhere to the whole process of environmentally friendly sports facilities construction road,take sustainable development as the requirement,take green development as the bottom line,and take green water and green mountains as the background to ensure that the whole process is environmentally friendly and ecological development is sustainable;(4)Take openness as the only way,promote talent exchanges,orderly opening of venues,and improve the utilization rate of existing sports facilities;(5)Sharing as the ultimate goal,create all-age-friendly sports facilities,people-oriented,based on the needs of the masses,build and plan all-population,all-age friendly public sports facilities,and alleviate the existing contradiction between supply and demand.
