Investigation And Strategic Study Of The Rehearsal Of High School Choir In Changchun City

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the 20th National People’s Congress that the fundamental aspect of education lies in cultivating moral character.It is essential to comprehensively implement the Party’s educational policy,fulfill the fundamental task of moral education,and nurture socialist builders and successors who possess comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physicality,aesthetics,and labor skills.Chorus,as a selective compulsory course in high school,primarily focuses on developing students’ collective singing abilities,accumulating music performance experience,and enhancing their collective spirit and teamwork skills in artistic performance activities.The high school stage is a crucial period for students’ personality formation and autonomous development.Establishing a chorus club and conducting choir rehearsals will firstly help schools effectively carry out art education and create a distinctive campus culture.Secondly,it will expand teachers’ professional capabilities and solidify their conducting skills.Lastly,it will promote students’ comprehensive development and inherit the red ethnic culture.In recent years,the development of high school chorus clubs in southern cities has been rapid,and many high schools have established their own chorus clubs.However,there are still specific issues regarding the construction and rehearsal of chorus clubs in Changchun City.In this thesis,a field investigation on the current rehearsal situation of high school chorus clubs in Changchun City is conducted to understand the basic conditions of rehearsals at the present stage,analyze the specific problems and their causes,and formulate targeted solutions.This thesis is divided into five parts: Part One provides a general overview of the definition,characteristics,and significance of high school chorus club rehearsals.Part Two utilizes methods such as questionnaires,interviews,and observations to conduct a detailed and rigorous investigation of the rehearsal situation in high school chorus clubs in Changchun City.Descriptive analysis is performed on the survey results and data.Part Three summarizes the specific problems and their causes in chorus club rehearsals,focusing on the pre-rehearsal preparation,basic training during rehearsals,and handling of musical works.Part Four proposes corresponding targeted strategies to address the specific problems in chorus club rehearsals.Part Five elucidates the value of chorus club rehearsals in Changchun City and presents three prospects for future developments.In response to the problems existing in the rehearsal of high school chorus clubs in Changchun City,this thesis puts forward three strategies.Strategy One emphasizes the selection of chorus works with proper guidance and reasonable diversity.It suggests that teachers should thoroughly read the scores and formulate detailed rehearsal plans before rehearsals.Strategy Two suggests conducting efficient and targeted warm-up activities and vocal exercises,gradually teaching students basic music theory knowledge during rehearsals.Strategy Three advocates comprehensive treatment of musical works,emphasizing articulation,pronunciation,breath control,and introducing novel and efficient rehearsal methods.The innovations of this thesis lie in filling the research gap on high school chorus clubs in Changchun City,presenting practical and feasible strategies to improve the efficiency of chorus club rehearsals,and demonstrating the positive impact of excellent high school chorus club rehearsals on students’ ideological development,character building,and artistic development,thus helping students achieve their grand goal of self-value realization.This thesis supplements the existing research on high school chorus clubs in Changchun City and provides theoretical support for teachers responsible for chorus clubs.It also aims to draw attention from educators to the rehearsal of high school chorus clubs in Changchun City and contribute to the optimization of such rehearsals.
