| Reading has always been the main activity of human beings to obtain,analyze and process information,and it is an important way for human beings to promote the rapid development of society by reading the knowledge and experience left by their predecessors through reading from the vast sea of books and literature.Specifically,language and writing are important carriers of national spirit and civilization,and reading is an important way to understand and learn national spirit and civilization,and cultivating good reading ability is conducive to children’s acquisition of knowledge and wisdom growth,plays an important role in their academic performance,and is the basis for learning other knowledge and skills.Based on previous research,this study investigates the current situation of Chinese picture book teaching in the lower primary schools,explores the current situation of picture book teaching in the lower primary grades with the goal of improving students’ reading ability,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The study was divided into four parts.In the first chapter,the research background is introduced,the concept of reading ability and Chinese picture book teaching is defined,and the previous research is comprehensively reviewed from the aspects of the structure and influencing factors of reading ability,the basic concept,teaching mode and teaching method of Chinese picture book teaching,and finally the relevant research on reading ability and picture book teaching is reviewed.In the second chapter,the value and significance of Chinese picture book teaching in the lower primary school are discussed,which can meet the requirements of the compulsory education language curriculum standards for the cultivation of primary school students’ language literacy,strengthen the understanding and mastery of teaching materials by lower primary school students,promote the development of various abilities of lower primary school students,improve the reading interest of lower primary school students,cultivate the language expression ability of lower primary school students,increase the reading volume of lower primary school students,and improve the reading skills of lower primary school students.In the third chapter,88 primary school Chinese teachers in the first and second grades were selected as the research participants by using the questionnaire survey method,and the teachers’ understanding of picture books and Chinese picture book teaching,the school’s picture book resources and curriculum development,and the teachers’ use of picture book teaching were investigated and analyzed.In the fourth chapter,in view of the current situation survey,an effective strategy to improve the teaching of Chinese picture books in the lower primary school is proposed.In the teaching of picture books,first of all,build a picture book reading platform,create a good reading atmosphere,choose picture books suitable for lower primary school students,and build a good home-school co-education picture book teaching platform;Secondly,it is necessary to be student-oriented,combine pictures and texts,rationally formulate teaching goals,improve teaching strategies,and enhance their own emotional literacy;Third,to carry out situational reading,it is necessary to create appropriate teaching situations;Fourth,we should pay attention to multiple interpretations,rationally evaluate students,and rationally view students’ multiple interpretations. |
