| Scientific data is an important product of scientific research and also an important basis for developing new scientific research. In the context of open science, many relevant policies and normative guidelines have been issued at home and abroad to promote the open utilization of scientific data.Countries in the world have gradually realized the value of scientific data.In recent years, the scale of scientific data increases rapidly, but the problem of data utilization is low.The research on the data reuse behavior of researchers is conducive to promoting the open sharing of scientific data and the construction of data platform, and arouses the enthusiasm of the majority of researchers in data reuse.Based on data lifecycle theory and stakeholder theory, this study used content analysis to analyze the coding of selected grant papers from 2017-2018 and found that the data reuse behavior of educational researchers has the following characteristics:(1)The data reuse ratio of educational researchers is relatively high and stable.(2)Educational researchers tend to reuse survey data, other scientific data are mainly formulas, codes and teaching data resources, and survey scale is more frequent.(3)In terms of scientific data sources, government websites and data centers are the more trusted data sources for researchers, and scientific data in published professional journal papers are frequently cited as raw data by researchers due to the convenience of data access and professionalism. In addition, the Internet data have been paid attention by researchers because of their availability and timeliness.(4)Data analysis and processing in the process of scientific data reuse is more preliminary, scientific data use is the most, organizing raw data into tables is also a common way of data processing and analysis, bibliometric and data visualization analysis is gradually popular, but there is the problem of a more coarse data analysis method. And data analysis and processing are closely related to the purpose of data reuse.(5)Due to the lack of clear and unified scientific data reference and annotation format specifications, the metadata description of scientific data varies greatly. In addition, the unknown source of data in the data reuse process is an important reason for data access barriers. In response to the above findings, this paper proposes data management and service strategies in conjunction with stakeholder theory.(1)The core stakeholders, represented by researchers, need to pay attention to the scientific data results generated by empirical research in pedagogy, and their original data should be preserved intact except for the public disclosure of research results in the form of papers, and the scientific data generated by foundation grants should be remitted in a timely manner according to relevant regulations.(2)Data publishers and libraries are important stakeholders, among which data publishers should focus on data reuse specifications, determine unified data reference format standards, and protect the intellectual property rights of data owners.Data service providers, represented by libraries, should consider the actual needs of users and explore potential needs when providing data services, build data platforms for teaching resources, cultivate awareness of data reuse norms among researchers, provide training and publicity on the use of data analysis tools, and improve the data literacy of researchers.(3)Data policy and specification makers as indirect stakeholders should standardize scientific data metadata descriptions, develop unified data reuse standards and guarantee data security. |
