| Under the background of collaborative education,parent-teacher cooperation is an important way to form educational joint force and promote students’ educational growth.In the process of parent-teacher cooperation,teachers play a leading role based on their own teacher leadership and assume more cooperative responsibilities.Proving the influence of teacher leadership on parent-teacher cooperation can help teachers play a leading role better,help parents to improve their performance in parent-teacher cooperation,and enhance the effect of parent-teacher cooperation.Therefore,the core question of this study is what effect teacher leadership has on parent-teacher cooperation.In order to answer this question,this study constructs the analysis framework of teacher leadership and parent-teacher cooperation according to the five-force leadership model and cooperation theory.On the basis of exploring the current situation of teacher leadership and parent-teacher cooperation,it further analyzes the specific impact of teacher leadership on parent-teacher cooperation.According to the analytical framework,this study divides teacher leadership into six dimensions: teachers’ charisma,teachers’ foresight,teachers’ influence,teachers’ influence,teachers’ determination,teachers’ control and teachers’ communication.From the perspective of parents’ participation,parent-teacher cooperation is divided into four dimensions: cooperation enthusiasm,cooperation conditions,cooperation level and the degree of trust to teachers.Questionnaire survey was mainly adopted in this study.The subjects were teachers and parents in compulsory education stage,and a total of 215 valid teacher questionnaires and 673 valid parent questionnaires were collected.Research finding:1.In terms of parent-teacher cooperation,the overall situation is good,but some parents lack the cooperation conditions and the level of cooperation is not deep enough;Parents have significant differences in parent-teacher cooperation,which is specifically manifested in that parents with different jobs,different levels of education and different economic incomes,parents of primary and junior high schools and parents of urban and rural areas have significant differences in parent-teacher cooperation.2.In terms of the influence of teacher leadership on parent-teacher cooperation,the overall level of teacher leadership is relatively high,and there are significant differences between teachers with different educational backgrounds and class teachers and other teachers.Teacher leadership and its dimensions can significantly predict parent-teacher cooperation,and non-power factors have a greater impact on parent-teacher cooperation.Each dimension of teacher leadership has a different influence on each dimension of parent-teacher cooperation.Among them,teacher foresight has the greatest influence on the dimension of cooperation enthusiasm and cooperation condition,teacher decisiveness has the greatest influence on the dimension of cooperation level,and teacher communication has the greatest influence on parents’ trust in teachers.The research suggestions: Teachers should pay attention to the differences between parents in parent-teacher cooperation,and adopt targeted cooperation strategies based on the influence of teacher leadership on parent-teacher cooperation.Pay attention to the influence of non-power teachers’ leadership and strengthen the cultivation of non-power teachers’ leadership;Parents should change their own ideas and actively seek teachers’ help. |
