Starting from the fall of 2019,all junior high school Chinese textbooks in Henan Province have been uniformly replaced with a mini-edition,which divides the texts in the reading section into "teaching and reading texts" and "self-reading texts",in which self-reading texts play an irreplaceable role as a bridge connecting the inside and outside of the classroom.During my internship at the No.1 Middle School of Huzu in Gushi County,I asked other teachers for advice on the question that I did not dare to let students read by themselves in the teaching of self-reading texts in Chinese and Chinese, and the answer I got was that I did not dare to let students read by themselves.I also communicated with other rural junior high school Chinese teachers and learned that due to the tight class time, they even skipped the texts for self-reading in classical Chinese and let students read them after class. As a bridge between the classroom and the outside of the classroom,self-reading texts in Chinese and Chinese help to improve students’ reading ability and broaden their reading horizons. Therefore, the author believes that the teaching of self-reading texts in rural junior Chinese should be worth studying. When writing this thesis, the author investigated the teaching of Chinese and Chinese self-reading texts in rural junior high schools in Gushi County, analyzed the teaching status from three aspects: schools, teachers and students, and proposed corresponding strategies. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main text of this paper is divided into four parts:Part I: An Overview of Self-Reading Texts in Chinese and Their Value in Rural Junior High School Teaching.Firstly, the number, location, style and content arrangement of self-reading texts in classical Chinese are briefly sorted out.Secondly, the characteristics of self-reading texts in classical Chinese and their value in rural junior high school teaching were analyzed.Part II: Analysis of the current situation and reasons of teaching self-reading texts in rural junior Chinese.First of all,the current situation of teaching self-reading texts in rural junior Chinese schools is not enough attention at the school level;Teachers’ inaccurate positioning of self-reading texts in classical Chinese;Students lack interest in self-reading.Secondly,as for the analysis of the reasons for the current situation, the school is mainly manifested in the insufficient attention to the introduction of traditional culture into the campus and teacher training;Teachers are mainly manifested in the solidification of teaching concepts, biased understanding of self-reading texts in classical Chinese, and failure to take into account the learning situation when preparing lessons. On the part of students, they have a weak foundation in Chinese and lack self-reading ability.Part III: Teaching Strategies for Self-reading Texts in Rural Junior Chinese.Schools should pay attention to the influence of campus culture on students, and regularly hold teaching and research activities to help teachers find the most suitable methods for teaching Chinese and Chinese self-reading texts.Teachers should establish a sense of lesson type in the teaching of self-reading texts, make full preparations for teaching self-reading texts, innovate the teaching process of self-reading texts, and continue to pay attention to the extracurricular extension of self-reading texts.Students should actively cooperate with teachers in teaching Chinese self-reading texts, cultivate their interest in reading classical Chinese, and comprehensively improve themselves.Part IV: Taking "The A Letter to Zhu yuansi" as an example, according to the characteristics of self-reading texts and their value in rural junior middle schools, combined with the academic situation, the teaching strategy of self-reading texts in Chinese and Chinese is used to carry out the teaching design and teaching practice of self-reading texts in classical Chinese. At the same time, teachers will collect their opinions and students’ feedback, and carefully write teaching reflections, hoping to optimize the teaching of self-reading texts in rural junior Chinese. |
