Major educational reforms are spearheaded by changes in teaching concepts,which evolve with teaching practice and in turn drive the development of teaching practice.Accelerating the renewal of teachers’ teaching concepts and their transformation into teaching behaviors is one of the key tasks for teachers’ quality improvement.We have long believed that teachers’ teaching concepts are the basis of teaching behavior,so we pay extra attention to the learning,understanding and internalization of teachers’ teaching concepts in the teaching reform,expecting to promote the development of teaching reform with the power of teaching concepts.The new round of curriculum reform has put forward new requirements and concepts for all aspects of teachers’ teaching.One of the keys to the implementation of the new curriculum concept is whether teachers can have a deep understanding of the concept of the new curriculum reform and promote the renewal of their own teaching concepts and the improvement of their teaching behaviors on this basis.Based on this,this dissertation focuses on the core question of "how do junior high school physics teachers’ teaching conceptions and teaching behaviors relate to each other",and conducts a research based on the logic of discovery,using literature,questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of theoretical discussion on the connotation,characteristics,types and elements of teaching behaviors and conceptions of junior high school physics teachers,the specific contents and different types of teaching behaviors and conception systems of junior high school physics teachers were summarized.Based on the existing behavior and conception system,a questionnaire was designed to investigate junior high school physics teachers,and on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the current situation of junior high school physics teachers’ teaching behaviors and teaching conceptions,the characteristics of junior high school physics teachers’ teaching behaviors and teaching conceptions were summarized,and the relationship between the two was discussed in depth,with a view to providing reference points for the implementation of the new curriculum concept,teachers’ professional development,teacher training and teacher training students.Research has found that the teaching behavior of middle school physics teachers includes teaching behavior,classroom introduction behavior,questioning behavior,reasoning and answering behavior,guidance behavior,example explanation behavior,feedback behavior,experimental behavior,classroom management behavior,classroom summary behavior,and homework assignment behavior.The content of teaching concepts for middle school physics teachers includes teaching objectives,teacher-student roles,classroom interaction,classroom teaching process,teaching content,knowledge,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,and each concept has different types.Based on the survey results,it was found that the teaching behavior of middle school physics teachers is basically consistent with the teaching behavior advocated by the new curriculum concept;Middle school physics teachers hold a teaching concept that combines different orientations;The conclusion is that the consistency and differences between the teaching behavior and teaching concepts of middle school physics teachers coexist.
