| Facing multiple pressures derived from society and campus life,the mental health of college students in my country has attracted much attention.Existing research conclusions show that physical exercise is closely related to the mental health of college students.This research is based on the impact of sports on the mental health of college students,so as to conduct comparative research and analysis.It uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method as research methods,adopting "Physical Exercise Rating Scale"(adapted),"Symptoms "Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)" surveyed 1,522 students from 211 universities in Shandong Province(China University of Petroleum(East China),Shandong University,Ocean University of China)and divided them into high-level sports teams and Sunshine Sports.There are three groups,the general college student group,and boys and girls,participating in sports and not participating in sports,as well as exercise intensity,exercise time,and exercise frequency to compare the mental health of college students.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The factor differences in the level of mental health of college students in gender comparison are mainly reflected in depression,anxiety,and horror,and they are higher than that of boys compared to girls;2.When comparing the mental health level of college students who participated in sports,it was found that the level of 10 factors of college students who participated in sports was significantly higher than that of college students who did not participate in sports;3.Moderate-intensity sports are more conducive to promoting the mental health of college students,and the difference is mainly reflected in the two factors of depression and horror;4.Among the three groups,college students who exercised for 1-1.5 hours had higher levels of health in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,and fear factors.In the Sunshine Sports group,college students who exercised for 1.5-2 hours had higher levels of depression.Higher level of health;5.The mental health level of college students who exercise 3-5 times a week is relatively high,and the differences are mainly reflected in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive symptoms,depression,paranoia,anxiety,hostility and other 8 factors;6.The difference of the total amount of exercise load was mainly manifested in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive symptoms,depression,anxiety,terror,and other 7 factors;7.In the comparison of the three groups of college students,the overall mental health level of students in the sunshine group is relatively higher,followed by the high-level sports team students,ordinary college students group. |
