Essay feedback is mostly called essay criticism in domestic research and daily teaching,and is an important part of writing teaching evaluation.In order to reflect the information feedback function of essay evaluation and the dynamic system of its generation and operation,the title of essay feedback that is in line with international research was chosen.The written feedback in the study mainly focuses on teachers’ evaluation and teaching of students’ work,which is also an important starting point to meet students’ development needs and improve writing skills.However,through the previous research findings,the current written feedback knowledge has no form and cannot play a guiding effect.In order to more accurately capture the reasons for the low effectiveness of written feedback,this study attempts to construct an analysis framework for written feedback in junior and middle schools based on the Standards for Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum(2022 edition)and the research definition of written feedback in previous studies,and systematically analyzes 236 written feedback cases collected according to certain standards with the help of SPSS analysis software.In order to explain and analyze the specific causes of data results,implied relationships,and inefficient feedback based on background data and information,and put forward more solid and credible improvement strategies with the support of data,deepen the knowledge and understanding of front-line teachers on written feedback,and promote the systematic development of written feedback.The research framework of written feedback is roughly divided into three dimensions: written feedback content orientation,written feedback form,and written feedback context,and the application frequency of each index in the three dimensions and the implicit relationship between the background information are obtained through analysis.It is found that the current situation of written feedback is to attach importance to the explicit ability of language expression,text layout,material processing,and determining the center,and ignore the invisible ability of stylistic knowledge and innovation.There is a clear relationship between length and personal designation and teacher title and age;The purpose,attitude,tone,and perspective of written feedback are significantly related to the teacher’s personal information,composition,etc.in the background information,and the student’s grade.Through a series of analysis and interpretation,it is found that by enhancing the awareness of courses in evaluation,establishing evaluation standards for sub-genres and detailed indicators,strengthening the exemplary nature of written feedback,paying attention to the equal relationship between teachers and students in essay evaluation,and strengthening teacher training,the effectiveness of written feedback can be improved,the uncertain impact caused by background information can be counteracted,and the writing of written feedback can be promoted to be more targeted and better meet the development needs of students.
