With the idea of "health first" put forward and "sunshine sports" movement,the implementation of the new curriculum reform,promote the junior high school physical education curriculum is becoming more and more standardized.Students in junior high school,At the last stage of nine-year compulsory education,and in the new 21 st century,the mental health problems of teenagers are gradually prominent driven by social development and temptation,study pressure and family reasons,which requires families,schools and society to pay attention to students’ mental health problems together,take effective measures and establish positive values.We should not only pay attention to the health of students’ physical quality,but also pay more attention to the health of students’ psychological quality,and constantly improve and perfect the spiritual quality of junior high school students,so that some problems in education are gradually reduced.Physical education curriculum is an educational process that promotes the harmonious development of body and mind,and organically combines ideological and moral education,cultural and scientific education,life and sports skills education with physical activities;It is an important way to implement quality education and cultivate all-round talents.Therefore,the integration of mental health education in physical education can effectively relieve stress,and at the same time,it can resist the corresponding physical diseases and mental diseases,and make better choices when dealing with interpersonal relationships.This paper takes Xinjiang Kuitun No.8 Middle School as the research object,discusses the current situation and existing problems of mental health education in physical education curriculum,and draws conclusions according to relevant data,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.With physical education teachers and students as the objects of investigation,the importance and necessity of integrating mental health education in the whole school education relying on physical education curriculum was clarified through exploration,By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and data analysis,we know the present situation and problems of integrating mental health education into physical education curriculum in Kuitun No.8Middle School,and then formulate corresponding measures according to the research results,in order to get the all-round development of students.In addition,there are 36 teaching classes in our school,among which 55% of the 780 students in the initial classes in 17 regions are ethnic minorities.According to the school psychology teacher,Through investigation and analysis,22% of students have psychological problems of different degrees and types due to special reasons such as students’ sources,policies,study and living environment.Therefore,psychological health will directly affect students’ own learning attitude,quality of life and will quality.It is an essential link to carry out mental health classes in schools and integrate mental health knowledge into physical education courses.The research results show that:1.For schools,there is no obvious difference in gender,professional title and educational background of physical education teachers,but the psychological knowledge stored by themselves and the design content of teaching materials will have an impact on improving students’ psychological quality.2.Junior high school students like physical education and are willing to go to physical education class.through this good phenomenon,reasonable and effective use of physical education classroom to carry out students’ mental health education,fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and sense of participation3.For families,the only child,divorce and single parent are not conducive to the healthy development of students’ body and mind.4.For the society,because of the regional characteristics,it is very necessary to infiltrate mental health education in physical education and make students establish a good outlook on life.Through the analysis of the research results and existing problems,the following research conclusions are drawn:1.The school makes full use of all facilities to suggest mental health education for students,actively implements "Sunshine Sports" and curriculum reform,improves mental health goals,and enhances junior high school students’ social adaptability.2.PE teachers should change teaching mode and evaluation mode,strengthen psychological study,and let students give full play to their specialties and find self-confidence.3.Hope for family education,school education and social education,and make joint efforts to improve students’ mental health.
