| With the development of preschool education,more and more people realize the importance of home Co-parenting for the development of children,and empathic ability directly affects the construction of interpersonal relationships.This study is expected to demonstrate the current situation of preschool teachers’ empathic ability and homeless-communication competency by means of current situation investigation,explore the relationship between empathic ability and homeless-communication competency,and on this basis help preschool teachers pay attention to empathic ability and effectively improve homeless-communication competency.This study takes preschool teachers as the research object,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate the relationship between preschool teachers’ empathy ability and homeless-communication competence,uses SPSS22.0 to analyze the current situation of preschool teachers’ empathy ability and homeless-communication competence,and understands their differences under the background of population variables.Then,it tries to analyze the reasons for the existing empathy ability of preschool teachers and home-based communication competence by combining interviews,and finally puts forward suggestions for preschool teachers to reasonably improve their empathy ability and home-based communication competence.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.Mainly from the question raised,research significance,literature review and other aspects of specific discussion,and clarify the core concepts.The second part is the research design.Mainly from the research object,research ideas,research content,research methods,research tools and data analysis and processing six aspects of the discussion.The third part is the research results.It mainly presents the current situation of preschool teachers’ empathy ability and compares the differences in their common ability.Secondly,it presents the current situation of preschool teachers’ home communication competence and compares the differences in their home communication competence.Finally,it presents the relationship between preschool teachers’ empathy ability and home communication competence through correlation and regression analysis.The fourth part is conclusion and discussion.This study found that preschool teachers’ empathic ability and homeless-communication competence were above the average level,and there were significant differences in age,teaching age,marital status,whether there were children,education background,major and the location of kindergarten.There was a significant positive correlation between empathy and homeland-communication competence of kindergarten teachers.Opinion selection,imagination,empathic attention and personal sadness all had high predictive power on homeland-communication competence.The fifth part is the suggestion.This study concluded that specific strategies for kindergarten teachers to enhance empathic competence and home communication competency include: focusing on the management and construction of teachers with non-preschool professional backgrounds;optimizing the preschool education curriculum in secondary and tertiary institutions;developing kindergarten teachers’ empathic concern competence through multiple channels;and enhancing early childhood teachers’ interpersonal interaction in home communication. |
