In today’s era of rapid educational development,a training institution must pay attention to service and its marketing if it wants to stand out among the many training institutions and take its place in the highly competitive market.How to improve the service marketing of the company is a problem that most education and training companies must pay attention to.In this paper,based on the theory related to the 7Ps of service marketing mix,M education and training company is studied and analyzed from seven aspects of the 7Ps.It is found that M education and training company has some of the following problems:single and easy to copy products,few ways of price concessions,weak channel construction ability,inconspicuous propaganda effect,irregular personnel management,little evidence of strength organization display,service process is not standardized enough,etc.For these problems and the actual situation of M education and training company,based on the 7Ps theory,some suggestions for optimization and improvement are put forward to improve M education and training company’s competition,for product problems,we can improve the existing products more,add some supporting services,and also expand the related new items to increase the competitiveness;for pricing,we can have more preferential ways to attract more students;for distribution,we can develop more modern marketing channels to improve the utilization rate of channels;for promotion,we can look for better cooperation objects to improve M education and training For personnel,standardize the management of personnel and train more teachers belonging to their own company;for tangible display,M education and training companies should pay more attention to the display of service systems and norms,and to promote them,so that the intangible services can be concretized and materialized,so that students have more confidence in the services and improve the order rate;for process management,put forward a new idea,hoping that in addition to the four categories of service process interaction of the four categories,but also to optimize the interaction of employees within the company.Through the analysis and suggestions of the seven aspects of 7Ps theory,this paper hopes to optimize the service marketing of M education and training company,so that M education and training company can adapt to the current corporate development and competition,and also hope to provide some reference for other education and training companies. |
