| In recent years,research on classroom culture construction and its impact on student learning outcomes has increased,and researchers have combined empirical data to explore how classroom culture affects students’ knowledge acceptance and learning outcomes,effectively improving learning efficiency.However,most research focuses more on classroom culture construction studies in elementary schools and universities,and there is little mention of evaluation mechanisms in classroom culture construction strategies.In the process of practice,we also found that schools,teachers and students pay little attention to the construction of secondary school classroom culture,and the classroom culture lacks innovative power and vitality due to the old-fashioned way of doing things.Some students in the school have high aversion to school and reject learning and living in the classroom.Secondary school students face great pressure to go on to higher education,and are the group of students who live and study in school for the longest time,while classroom culture has a nurturing function and is an important factor affecting students’ learning outcomes,which involves not only teachers’ teaching tasks but also students’ learning tasks.Therefore,classroom culture should be grasped to implement effective teaching interaction and assessment guidance with the help of a harmonious classroom atmosphere to promote students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes.It is important to go deeper into secondary schools to understand the current situation of their classroom culture construction,find out the problems they have in classroom culture construction,analyze the causes,and propose effective measures to promote classroom culture construction in secondary schools accordingly.This study takes Nanjing A middle school as an example to conduct a case study,using observation method,questionnaire method,interview method,etc.,to issue questionnaires to the students of the school,SPSS software to analyze the data of the survey results,and then communicate with the teachers of the school about certain problems reflected by the data,and finally combine the results of data analysis and interviews to deeply analyze the current situation of classroom culture construction in Nanjing A middle school,analyze the classroom culture construction of the school In the end,we analyzed the current situation of classroom culture construction in Nanjing A High School,analyzed the problems of classroom culture construction and the causes of the problems.Accordingly,we propose strategies to promote the construction of classroom culture in secondary schools in order to promote the development of classroom culture in this school and provide reference for schools facing the same type of problems.The questionnaire survey was conducted mainly in the following dimensions: classroom institutional culture construction,classroom physical culture construction,and classroom spiritual culture construction.The main problems in the construction of classroom culture in Middle School A include insufficient funding,undemocratic school management,lack of cultural innovation,neglect of students’ subjectivity,and lack of evaluation system.In response to the problems in the construction of classroom culture in middle school A,the following countermeasures were proposed for improvement,specifically,the institutional culture construction is to improve the rules and regulations from the perspective of the state,school and teachers;the material culture construction level is mainly to ensure sufficient funding;the spiritual culture construction is mainly to stimulate students’ interest and improve teachers’ and students’ participation through classroom cultural and creative activities;the evaluation system level is to establish a complete evaluation system from The evaluation system level should establish a complete evaluation system from the establishment of indicators to feedback. |
