Guqin is an ancient traditional musical instrument,which carries rich Chinese cultural elements.Therefore,it can be recognized as one of the representatives of Chinese traditional culture and is a valuable asset of Chinese art.Guqin music not only has high cultural and artistic value such as music aesthetics,but also has certain psychosomatic healing function.Guqin music often shows a deep and ethereal aesthetic mood through the changes of virtual and real sounds and the internal tension of wandering sounds,so that people’s psychology can feel the gradually fading quiet emotion in the process of sound weakening,produce a more stable and soothing emotional experience,and alleviate anxiety.The psychological quality education of middle school children is an important content of quality education.With the development and progress of the times,the psychological health problems of middle school students in our country have begun to be paid attention to.Anxiety,a psychological problem,widely exists among middle school students in China,especially among high school students,which has a great impact on their academic development and mental health.The power of Guqin music is not only to ease the students’ emotions,but also to improve their performance.It has a far-reaching significance for improving the psychological pressure resistance and quality of high school students.This paper first analyzes the causes of Qijiang high school students’ anxiety from three aspects: Students’ own factors,teachers’ influence and school and external pressure,and analyzes the adverse effects of anxiety on high school students’ learning and life.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of Guqin music from the aspects of its characteristics and classification,as well as its cultural,artistic and psychological educational values,and demonstrates the necessity of Guqin music entering high school music classes.Finally,this paper conducts an empirical study of Guqin music on the regulation of high school students’ anxiety.The study mainly takes high school students in middle school in Chongqing as the research object,and uses SAS self-assessment form to assess the anxiety level of students.Through the intervention contrast experiment,we can understand the current situation of high school students’ learning anxiety,test the possibility of Guqin music alleviating high school students’ anxiety,and objectively evaluate the regulating effect of Guqin music on high school students’ anxiety.The experimental results show that after the anxiety emotion is generated in the face of acute stress,the pressure perception level and state anxiety level of the subjects who have undergone guqin music intervention are significantly lower than those of the sedentary group who have decompressed themselves,which indicates that guqin music intervention can effectively regulate state anxiety emotion,make the anxiety emotion of high school students calm and calm,and play a certain role in relaxation.
